The film was shot by the team in one single road trip that covered 19,000 kms in 50 days.
No pre-production research was done. The stories were shot as they were discovered on the drive.
The car used in the trip is a Baleno by Maruti Suzuki. This car was discontinued in the year 2007 so a lot of people advised against using it. But the crew believed in the performance ability of the car and the car actually stood by the trip all along.
The entire crew that shot and worked on the post production of the film had only one person with any experience in film-making, Benny John. The rest of the crew were just film-making enthusiasts who were trained on the project by him.
Even the producers of the film do not have any prior film-making experience. They are people from different walks of life who supported the film.
