We must start by saying that the film sucks but it sucks terribly for several reasons, one more terrible and stupid than the other. Meanwhile, the film makes no sense and looks like a very long sequence of scenes without the slightest sense pasted badly to arrive at an acceptable film length, and this obviously suggests that the plot does not have the slightest logical thread and in fact it is so, the plot is stupid and without apparent sense and the moments that seem to follow a logical thread are very few and last too little to make sense of the entire film. Another fundamental point are the horrendous special effects, unacceptable for a 2019 film. Finally, the acting is something inconceivable. In conclusion I must say that I have rarely seen such a terrible kind of garbage.
I waited a long time for this film, hoping that Italy could finally propose something valid and of a genre that it has now forgotten, science fiction. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the movie. While watching it I had the impression of seeing a badly made fan movie. Bad acting (except for famous actors), disastrous dialogue, amateur editing, discreet special effects in some places but still with that homemade flavor. This film confirms to the whole world how Italy is no longer capable of making beautiful films, except for a few exceptions. This is my biggest disappointment.
I state that i'm not a fan of the genre but this film intrigued me because I love Italian cinema. The film explores worlds of infinite resoures, space, time, air, earth. There are symbolisms, elements for thought on the nature of the world, of the human soul. The plot (perhaps sometimes the thread is lost a bit) is pressing, it captures you and ignites the imagination. I liked the scenography, the photography, the actors, the costumes, the voice actors, the music that characterizes every single scene (the final song by Dimash Qudaibergen is wonderful)..An interesting film that I would see again..
A film that baffles the human mind and transcends beyond our feeble understanding of reality. Truly one of the filthiest abominations I have ever had the misfortune of witnessing. I now know that God hates us, and to be honest we deserve it.
