Stupid girl

Francesca Eastwood is pretty here but the character she plays is irritating. A girl contacts her birth mom who is in prison. Won't listen to her adoptive folks. The bad mom murders her abusive man friend. Stupid girl. Things get out of hand. But she deserves it!!

Ho Hum

No rating for this silly film about another obnoxious teeny-bopper who is a spoiled and selfish in her attempts to locate her real mother and going to live with her against her adoptive parents wishes. Same old drivel and lackless performances. The daughter walks around with this vacant look in her face. All she does is tell people off. Snotty without any warmth in her performance. To this viewer, a loser. The real mother does a fairly decent job. I won't mention names as it is not the point. The director obviously likes her. I didn't. Long bleached stringy hair too much make up and just a bad actress. All the other actors say their lines as though they mean them but don't get much help from the script. Another one of those LMN teenager in distress. How many of these are there? Give us a break. Thank you.

Waste of Time- totally unbelieveable

Girl meets her birth mother after 17 years of mother in prison. Meets her one time and decides to go live with her in the boondocks, in a cabin, with an abusive boyfriend. For the summer. Wow. Any one that naive deserves what she gets, but we did not deserve spending two hours watching this crap.

Intense movie

The movie is intense suspense, is really upset. Me having lived through conjugal violence, case my brought back to life many things in me ouff. Very good movie anyway.

Goofs
Sara says Abby went to jail when she was 25. On the computer, it shows Abby was born 3/26/79 and her date of conviction was 9/15/1996, which would have made her 17 at the time of conviction. The screen also says Abby was sentenced to 25 years in prison. Sara then adds that Abby had her when she was 17 and gave her away when she was 6 months old. Abby was 17 circa 1996, and Sara had just turned 18 circa 2014, so Sara would have been born circa 1996. It's likely the actress should have said Abby went to jail when she was 17 and got a 25 year sentence but this was overlooked due to a low budget.
