A prequel with a promise but.. needs improvement.
For fans of the films, "Crown of Blood" offers a captivating glimpse into the early lives of Baahubali and Bhallaladeva, the sworn brothers destined for conflict. In short, good for time pass. Efforts of creators must be appreciated to dare to create something new and diving into the animated realm.
While the animation is undeniably smooth, the story feels constricted by the limited runtime, likely due to the resource-intensive nature of animation. Characted development could be better. The animation style, while visually pleasing, lacks expressive nuance at times.
However, the potential for a rich and compelling story arc remains. I hope they will not end the series abruptly. More depth in story and longer episodes will make it really interesting and expand the "Baahubali" universe in a meaningful way.
