One of the Season's Best
There have been a few other good ones this season, all on Hallmark, in all honesty (Great American really needs to hire some real writers), but this is right up there with the best of them. This concept has been done a million times, but the chemistry between the leads is off the charts, and, as other reviewers have commented, Jessica Siposs is amazing. It is almost shocking to see this particular network put out a movie of this quality, especially considering the limited budget. Be on the lookout for a short, very touching scene between Ms. Siposs and Jennifer-Juniper Angeli (who plays her mother) toward the end. A genuinely pleasant surprise that I have to admit I never saw coming.
