Henry Winkler and Katey Sagal in My First Time (2006)

Review by southernkaraok

My First Time

10/10

This show must have been great!

I wished I could have seen this TV Land series. Just from reading the only photo on here I could tell it would have been an amazing watch. I just came across it because I was checking out John Astin's IMDb page & evidently this show was the last thing he had appeared on television. All his other work had been voice over work for the most part, but to see a tv series that talks to the people about the first big role they had that started their careers, that had to have been a great watch. I just wished that there was someway that we could actually see the show. Also, John Astin will always be Gomez Addams to me. You just can't beat the guy who originated the character. I know Raul Julia did a excellent job & so did Tim Curry, but I still have to give the best performance to the original. 92 & still going strong & living in Baltimore, MD. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves like Betty White did now that he's getting up there in age. The show "Wednesday" on Netflix has taken off & it would really be nice to see him show up on the series, especially since there's such a strong connection with Edgar Allen Poe & he has been known to play Poe in the past. It would be awesome for him make a appearance as Poe on the show. Let's keep our fingers crossed that something like this happens.
