Get On Yer Bike Tilly!
Oddly enough this is the second Tilda Swinton on a bike in Berlin movie I have seen. The other was B Movie, in which she appears uncredited however its obvious to anyone that its her in these scenes.
This is basically a short road (pavement?) movie which the camera follows Tilda as she travels the length of the Berlin wall from the West Side. The only spoken component are her musings on the what the wall means and the occasional reading of German signs which she encounters. Unfortunately the version I saw had subtitles but for some unknown reason didn't translate the German into English. Not everyone can speak German like Tidla I'm afraid... Overall its a relaxing affair, the emotional impact of the movie has lost some of its punch as the wall is no more. But if watching a young Tilda Swinton on a bike for 20 mins is your thing then give it a go.
