A Rock and a Hard Place
There is a diamond, a heist, a pacific island that looks like Hawaii but appears to be the domain of an organised crime boss who has control of the police force as well. Enter Tom, a drifter and sailor who gets hired by the bad guy to drive his wife around, and of course ends up doing more than just driving her around, if you get my drift? There is some intrigue around the diamond and it's whereabouts, with plenty of scheming. But more sex than scheming, some pretty good softcore scenes including a couple on the beach and one in a spa (I mean, this was released in 1999, so the filmmakers had plenty of time to learn the best parts of the 90's softcore wave and give the audience what they want) all of them to music, as is the trend. Some very good looking women. That's why we watch, right?
