Bud thinks his parents should be more firm with Kathy, so he volunteers to take over in raising her.
One of the best of Season 4. Bud is reading up on dictators and thinks he can use it on Kathy. Kathy breaks Betty's fountain pen and when Bud finds out, he uses it to blackmail Kathy. He says he won't tell on her if she does everything he says. The rest of the family is puzzled when Kathy starts helping everyone in the family. Funniest scene is the end when Kathy finally turns on her dictator.
