If you are looking for a "serious" sci-fi comedy or mid-high budget movie do not watch it. If you likes Serenity, Red Dwarf and sci-fi like that do watch it. Keep in mind it's low budget and possibly a pilot - but it's half an hour so not much time wasted if you dislike it.

Has potential as a tv series, no doubt about it. Though this seems more like a rejected or a proof of concept script for another Serenity movie / Firefly series it still has some potential. The jokes aren't hitting quite a few times but theyre on point when it comes to the banter that often lies as a base to good chemistry and seeworthy movies/series. As a submitted tv series pilot thsi is quite good, yes its runa of the mill storyline, ripped characters (Firefly), ripped style (Red Dwarf) and low budget effects and costume, but it still isn't crap. It does have potential, larger budget, let the current writer hire some help (chemistry amongst writers to sustain the base dialogue for me is key to upkeeping the chemistry) and possiblly make a change or make a standing gag of the name (as implied).
