Bertrand Blier does it better...
My usual digging of less-known films ended up with this title, especially because of the cast - Piccoli and young Binoche. After about 20 minutes I realized that it reminds me of Bertrand Blier's style and that feeling was only growing each next few minutes. I watched to the end just out of respect to the cast.
