I watched the film "Zrodzeni do szabli" and did not cease to be surprised: how much genius, how much talent this charming, sweet, modest handsome actor, and now Director Pavel Delong, accommodates. In the film "Zrodzeni do szabli" all the scenes are magnificent, each episode is worked out, everything is verified and folded to the smallest detail, like a unique precious mosaic. The historical epoch, costumes, relationships of people are accurately recreated to the smallest detail. As attentive, caring, but demanding at the same time mentor, training future warrior. What a trusting relationship is built between the teacher and the student. And all this against the background of a reliable historical narrative, which shows us the attitude to weapons, sabers, military duty. Brilliant Director's work. And what is the acting work of Paul DeLong! No one created such an image of a Polish warrior of the 17th century. The actor lives in the film the fate of his hero simply, sincerely, but also painfully touching and truthful. No ostentatious epic. Heroism in ordinary actions, in relation to the student. Very many of the scene Paul helped play his glance. The actor in the truest sense of the word he is speaking. Paul has an amazing ability to Express thoughts and feelings with his eyes. Here is his eyes Shine concern, warmth and tenderness, slightly later flashed demanding severity of, then admiration weapons and fearlessness warrior and, finally, farewell glance dying hero, in which and farewell with lives and awareness fulfilled debt. Bravo, Pavel! It's a fantastic job! In the Final, the refraction of the saber by the student over the teacher is the mark of the end and the beautiful life of a real warrior. The end, in which not want to believe. The end of the, from which compresses heart of, and'm coming tears. The minor characters are all very good too. And secondary-they are only formally, because the film is shot so that each character is the main one. In this film, all laid out completely, maybe that's why when you watch "Zrodzeni do szabli", from time to time you forget that you are just a spectator at the screen, there is an extraordinary immersion in the era. The viewer becomes a participant in all events. And what admiration and pride the heart lights up in the last frames of the film, when we see a huge, beautiful, proud Polish army!
