Trivial Canyon vehicle -100% mediocre
Tina Marie is known for her beauty and sexual prowess, not as a director, evidenced by this lame XXX video made with Christy Canyon for their joint production outfit.
It was a total waste of my time watching, as the copy I bought was defective. The music track was loud and non-stop but the dialog was so soft as to be unintelligible, more for a lip-reader than myself.
But the minimalist action is easy to follow anyway, much like today's spate of pantomime porn, but without the voice-over narration. (See such labels as Dorcel or JoyBear.) Christy runs a detective agency with Sasha Strange, and they make hay by a form of blackmail: shooting incriminating photos of cheaters, both their client and the client's hubby. It makes for 5 desultory sex scenes including the lesbian hook-up of the two partners, and a very cynical ending.
Though Adult Cinema still relied on stories and characters when this was made over 25 years ago, the trend toward all-sex had already begun, as there is little effort in either the editing or set-ups to involve the viewer -merely interstitial shots of a car driving or their office building's facade to separate the sex scenes. Small cast, with no-name supporting femmes, evidence cutting corners to deliver just the minimum, a salable Christy Canyon Video back when she was topping the charts.
