Section Zéro (2016)

Section Zéro

When Braquo meet Mad Max

Whatever the way you watch this series, you find here the typical Olivier Marchal's trademark. Even with post apocalyptic settings, it remains a crime story. It could have taken place in Paris, today. Pure Olivier Marchal material. Don't expect any surprise comparing with his other films or series, except the settings. Never expect anything different. If you crave for Olivier Marchal, as I do, that's only for the atmosphere, characters, story lines scheme. NEVER for unusual situations. You love it or you get tired of it. Period.

See for yourself. A vet cop leading a police squad, a cop in total distress, desperately tries to fight against an evil organization who rules the world and who is also involved in a wide drug traffic. So you see, nothing new, nothing exceptional. It's dark, bleak, brutal, depressing...I love it. But on the other hand, I can admit that many folks do not.
