(*microspoiler* a single scene described) After a while Otto from west Germany comes to U.S.A. in search of his brother. three guys are searching for stuff and holding a knife in front of him when he falls in short coma and dreams that he is at his mothers home. while he drinks her tea he tells her about the dream: being in U.S.A. in front of knifes. she tells him that only his presence at her home is a dream and he still stands in USA in front of guys with knifes.
