'Seconds' Looks Amazing!

I've been watching the trailer for this movie and it looks incredible and I can't wait to see it. It's so great to see a film that will be dealing so directly and sensitively with this subject matter, getting to the heart of things without being gratuitous. Just from the trailer alone, the images seem so powerful, alongside the music and I already feel deep empathy for the main character. I'm intrigued by the multiple depictions of the central character in the same scene and I would like to see how that is played out and there also sounds like there are some incredible quotations that will connect with many people who self-injure. There's just something so real about what I have seen and heard of it so far that makes me think that it will offer a voice for people that can''t always speak up. This isn't the kind of subject that people freely talk about but it's getting bigger and I think it is films like this that can begin to open up much needed conversation. The website and MySpace page offer more information about this project as well and I really hope this movie becomes a big deal and reaches as many people as possible.
