prince Hakon
First, I saw it with some serious irony. A too simplistic story, not impressive acting, a Christian short film for precise target and touch of fairy tale.
But I saw it again.
And I was seduced exactly by the simplicity of story of a prince in a convent, learning about Christianity grace blind young nun, a monk and the confrontation with men from his people, protecting the convent. And, sure, the return of young Hakon home and the changes as foundation of wise reign.
The violent step brother, the travel to escape the life, the death of father and the come back of son. All are more familiar. The virtue of this film is to remind them and put in fair light. And this real matters.
