I love Fairytail. Let me just start off with that. But I do have my problems with the series. First fan service. It's just too much. It was so bad that I had to start watching this with headphones. But now let's talk about good things for a bit. The characters are amazing. All of them are fleshed out and have amazing stories. Even the members of Fairytail who you would think get very little screen time get some of the coolest moments in the show. The animation is pretty good for when the show came out. There is also a good amount of filler, but I don't mind filler since I can just skip it. Overall, this is a great watch, and you should give it a shot.
