There are some martial arts films that is solely that. In this film, there's everything in the film: martial arts, drama, comedy, action. Non-stop throughout the film. A martial artist goes to seclusion following the death of his opponent. His brother becomes a police detective years later. The guy who killed his brother, loses his brother after the competition. When he goes to a bar, he meets the owner. He would turn out to be his brother's killer. So the detective, and a DEA Agent working together to stop the guy.

The martial art cinematography was non-stop. There's some comedic aftermath. It has never lost its charm.
