I'm not a gamer...not familiar with anything to do with the game.....so I watched this as a standalone movie...it was a short sharp fun movie...reminded me of a cross between flash Gordon and total recall(90s). It's sad now every movie seems to need to have 7 twists...and a timeline with 9 other movies that you need to piece together in a particular order and of course be so confusing that people go on line to discuss what it was about. This was fun. Simple and Cate blanchet was great and looked amazing. 4.5 out of 10 . Absolutely a joke...find most people leaving crap reviews now don't even bother watching just copy and paste other bits of reviews...I remember 1982 when blade runner and the thing came out..got hammered by critics and subsequently flopped...strange they are both classics now🤔

Disappointed with this. Seems victims instructed by solicitors to add bits on to make sure any compensation is generous. One guy was raped...by a soldier. Really. It was the death penalty in Iraq for gay sex. Pictures at the time show without any issues that hostages were allowed to sit by pool relaxing. Of course they were forced into Speedos. Let me be honest I'm sure I would never want to be kidnapped in this fashion or go thru what they did...but please stop letting it all be about lining solicitors pockets.yes I sound harsh but so much didn't add up. But paintings random evil middle east people is not the answer. Sad.

I suspect the high reviews are from people who think they are clever to understand what is going on in this show but don't really care if it's actually any good.. . Why do we all jump on the quirky clever bandwagon and Throw perfect 10 reviews up. The whole point of watching entertainment channels is to be entertained. This series is so dull and lifeless and uninteresting it's beyond belief any of these 10 rated reviews can be real or from people who have actually sat thru this dross. Nothing happens. It's just endless chatter with flip backs and re bashed scenes. Lazy garbage. Apple TV struggles in comparison to other streaming sites. No wonder.
