Even if the characters are too aesthetically feminine (long eyelashes, very smooth faces and facial gestures). even when the clichés are a bit too overwhelming (more so if you have watched Lupin III's character/persona mixed with a 'Vision of Escaflowne' kind of World, the show gradually seduces you through sheer visual ecstasy, tear jerking reunions and heart-warming individuals with a common goal, or it's opposite.

Mistarcia is a land where mankind, demonkind and angelkind once joined forces to halt an impossible foe that threatened the existence of all three races. This entity that is known as 'The Bahamut', a dragon-like creature of gargantuan size and incalculable strength was sealed away for centuries through the sacrifice of the leaders of the angel and the demon race.
