Everyone always loves to hate PewDiePie. And why not, right? He's some loud, insensitive, jerk who made millions of dollars with no effort. And I get it, his humor used to be very offensive, very raunchy, and what made it worse was that it appealed to children, I get it. But, I like him. I feel now he's a much better content creator than he was 5 years ago. He's not loud, he's not annoying, yes he's involved in that whole cancerous meme community, but he makes it clear that he cares about his audience and he does handle very interesting topics sometimes, instead of just filming Happy Wheels. I find it impressive hes had the power he has for so long, especially on a constantly changing website like YouTube.

Pewdiepie is a man who, like any other people, change. Judging his past videos, you can see the person he was before and the person he is now.

I particularly watched his let's play series "The Bully." From that game series I felt that he was nice, funny, and casual. I like the videos he has before. He was like an honest nice friend you can have. I can understand the reason why his old fans like him.

The videos he has now is fairly different from the old him. He has a different approach with humor. He now gives effort to entertain his fans.

I like the humor he has before. He does have some videos that are good, but for the majority it's not for me. There is a missing element with his videos that I cannot pinpoint. Maybe I am searching for the connection to his audience and sincerity.

I'm perfectly fine with the idea of lets players on YouTube, and there are plenty of lets players that I can easily tolerate. I'm a fan of Markiplier, and the idea of a lets player on the internet makes sense, if they can make their content very entertaining and enjoyable. However, I don't fine much enjoyment in this series.

Every now and then PewDiePie makes a good joke and brings new light on an indie game (benefitting the creator greatly), but, most of the time, I just don't find him very funny. He tries too hard to get a laugh out of his audience. Some people find him funny, but I just find him loud and obnoxious. He overreacts so much and you can just tell that he wants to make you laugh but he is just going way too over the top. When Nicolas Cage goes over the top, it's funny, because it isn't really intentional, but when PewDiePie goes over the top, it is!

Now, everything I just said is opinionated. Humor is very subjective, and I wouldn't be surprised to come across people who can explain why they think this series is funny as much as I can explain why I find it unfunny.

And Felix Kjellberg, himself, seems like a very nice and good person! He donates to charity, and, overall, his actual personality seems very positive and nice.

So, overall, I don't really like the series. I find it unfunny and annoying, and I'd prefer other gaming content that is on YouTube.

UPDATE: PewDiePie's content has actually severely improved recently, and therefore this review is only relevant to his earlier YouTube years.

Just the absolute best youtuber around. He just has fun talking to his fans reviewing posts his fans made or just laughing and using our recommendations in the games he plays. He has fun doing what he does.

On that note stop holding what he has done in the past against him. He deserves a new leaf. He has made a new bridge(hehehe). But seriously if people took the time to watch his new videos maybe they would respect him more than they do. News organizations please get better stories than one man making a career for himself.

I only just started watching his videos around November, and haven't missed a day since. There is a lot of misinformation out there so I didn't want to watch someone who was like that. Honestly you don't have to watch much of his content to see it's all lies. Wish I gave him a chance earlier! 10/10 thanks for the entertainment!

Rerate it TV-MA NOW. ALMOST ALL HIS OLD VIDEOS HAVE MORE THAN ONE F-BOMB. Make it TV-MA NOW. Plus PewDiePie is 17+ on Common Sense Media. If it was an actual show it would be TV-MA due to strong language. He also played The Last Of Us which is rated M and i rated it TV-MA. If this was a Movie it would be rated R. Not PG. So just why. This is a huge issue. Re-rate this TV-MA.

Look, he's the most popular YouTuber for a reason. He's always ahead of the trends, always changing for the better because he is mature enough to know when it's time to evolve, and he is consistently making me smile. His humor isn't for everyone: he uses lots of irony in a very unique way. Although that detail could be considered a weakness, I like to think of it as one of his greatest strengths. I highly recommend watching him if you haven't started already. Once you're hooked to his content, you can't stop watching it.

To be completely honest, PewDiePie isn't really all that funny! In fact, he's so unfunny that it makes me sick! It seems almost like he's desperate for laughs with all the screaming and cursing and what not! I don't understand the general public anymore, so I will never understand why people think this man is funny! Don't get me wrong, I don't hate Felix, but I DO hate PewDiePie. This means I don't hate the actual person but I hate the YouTube channel. He has never made me or anyone I know even crack a smile when watching his videos. And, that's not such a good sign. The fact that this man became a millionaire because he made unintelligent, idiotic, and unorthodox YouTube videos of him screaming at crappy video games, brings my p*ss to a boil!

Altough Pewdiepie created the best Minecraft series ever his other content doesn't hold up. Ever since the WSJ fiasco he's basically turned into a reaction channel and not even a good one at that. The only good content he has published recently is his amazing Minecraft series. After it ended however there was nothing to make his channel worthwhile. His lwiay series is boring and ylyl is just his reaction to funny videos which often boils down to him muttering "epic" and moving on. His videos from 2015-2017 were great but now they're just boring and painfully average
