The writing was excellent. The characters were layered and interesting. It was so nice not to see slaps, forced sex, humiliation, degradation of women and the usual ways verticals try to get clicks. Instead we got strong women, flawed nuanced men and lots of fun. The sets were very detailed and appropriate. The whole production led by Adam Santa Cruz and Eric Guilmette was top notch. This vertical is what you get when you have actors and directors who listen to the people who watch instead of the algorithms that push negative violent content. I will be watching this one again and again. Oh and I NEED a part 2! Please make more content like this.
🌟 Vertical Drama Perfection: Campus Rivals Delivers a Masterclass in Tension, Talent & Twists 🌟
Campus Rivals is everything a vertical drama should be - fast-paced, emotionally charged, and utterly addictive. From the very first frame, it pulls you into the high-stakes world of student power struggles, hidden pasts, and simmering chemistry that threatens to explode at any moment.
Vanessa Nottingham is phenomenal as Claire - fierce, vulnerable, and layered in a way that makes her journey both gripping and deeply relatable. Her on-screen presence is magnetic, grounding the show with a quiet intensity.
Eric Guilmette is magnetic as Xavier - brooding, emotionally conflicted, and impossible to read. His chemistry with Claire burns through the screen, and his complicated history with ex-fiancé Hannah only adds to the delicious tension.
Adam Santa Cruz plays Chad - the spoiled, cheating boyfriend - with such charm and smug arrogance that you almost forget how terrible he is... until he crosses the line (again). He's the character you love to hate, and Adam nails every moment.
Lawson Greyson as Autumn is the best friend every lead character dreams of - loyal, fierce, and quietly wise. Greyson brings warmth and subtle strength to the role, balancing the chaos with heart and humour.
Brittany Carsick is fire as Hannah - Xavier's ex-fiancé and Claire's ultimate rival. She balances charm and menace with ease, and her storyline?
Let's just say - buckle up.
With stunning visuals, razor-sharp dialogue, and twists that will leave you breathless, Campus Rivals is vertical drama at its absolute best. It's not just a show - it's an experience you'll want to binge again and again.
💥 Drama. 💔 Betrayal. 🔥 Chemistry.
This is your next obsession. Watch it now - and then rewatch for all the cameos you missed first time round.

Ok first of all to get all these vertical stars on one screen was superb and i challenge all verticals to do so.
Adam santa cruz is an awesome writer and wrote a great series and should be beyond proud of himself for this.
Eric and adam produced a great series and again should be proud of themselves for this series.
All the actors that came on board were awesome and it was enjoyable getting to see eric, jeff, jesse, adam etc all on one screen together and hope we can see more of this in the future. Loved the love triangle between xavier, chad and claire and who was going to win Claire's heart at the end. Eric brings xaviers vulnerability to light. This series was awesome, lighthearted, heartbreaking, all rolled into one.

Campus Rivals on vigloo has it all in Romance, Comedy and Ironic lines. It is so different compared to other vertical dramas on other apps, and it feels like a rom-com-style movie.
Thanks to the producers for writing characters that have depth. Fall in love with Xavier Brooks & Claire Emerson. You go on this journey to see where the characters end up.
What is so different about this vertical is there are no physical slaps, degrading characters, which are fresh to see. Cameos of vertical stars are just superb.
Congratulations to Adam Santa Cruz and Eric Guilmette and crew on a successful project.

Campus Rivals is an evocative and daring exploration of love, identity, and power, set within the polished yet perilous world of elite academia and Greek Life. It's a series that pulls no punches-unfolding like a modern-day Greek tragedy with emotional layers, sharp writing, and an unforgettable cast.
Eric Guilmette, as Xavier, is nothing short of mesmerizing. He steps into the role of the perfectly imperfect hero with stunning emotional range-mysterious, romantic, protective, and beautifully flawed. In true Guilmette fashion, he delivers a performance that resonates-his quiet strength and raw vulnerability painting Xavier as both dangerously magnetic and heartbreakingly human.
Vanessa Nottingham shines as Claire-a wholesome, relatable young woman torn between the comfort of what's safe and the temptation of risking it all for a love that defies logic and expectation. She brings both innocence and emotional depth to the screen, portraying Claire's internal conflict with sincerity and grace. Her chemistry with Eric is undeniable, and their connection forms the emotional core of the story.
Some of the most captivating scenes? Their very first meeting-undeniably intense and dripping with tension-and the unforgettable first kiss that followed. The charged reunion at the party, where emotions run high and truths begin to unravel, only deepens their bond. And then there's that line-"You don't belong with him, you belong with me." A moment so powerful it felt suspended in time, capturing the raw vulnerability of forbidden love.
Lawson Greyson, as Autumn, brings light, energy, and charisma to the screen. Her portrayal of the fiercely loyal and fun best friend adds balance to the intensity, offering viewers humor and heart in equal measure.
Adam Santa Cruz commands attention as Chad-the dangerously charming bad boy who will stop at nothing to get what he wants. His performance is layered and unsettling, making Chad a worthy antagonist whose manipulative tendencies make the stakes all the more real.
Brittany Marsicek fully embodies the role of Hannah-the villainess who adds fire, tension, and unpredictability to every scene she's in. She brings a fierce presence and delivers a performance that's bold, sharp, and unforgettable.
Together, this remarkable cast delivers a story that is equal parts passion, conflict, and consequence. As actors and producers, Eric and Adam have built something strikingly raw and emotionally resonant with Campus Rivals.
More than just a scandalous love triangle, this is a character-driven drama about the courage to choose love over fear, truth over comfort, and growth over perfection. An unforgettable series that lingers long after the final scene.
