Sala Escura

The movie could have been good if it had more story. The characters only scream without doing anything meaningful, and their motivations are never clear. Why were they even invited? Did they all work at the hospital? The script doesn't care, it's just "here's a stabbing." The sinopse script sounded promising, but the execution is disappointing. One character spends the whole time shouting "Bruno!" while others stand around just "watching the movie". Nobody thinks about REALLY escaping, breaking the chairs, putting fire in the doors, or doing something instead of keeping calm. Also, the bizarre setup (like a bathroom inside the cinema?). The constant pauses feel lazy, and the film wastes its potential.

On the positive side, some torture scenes are well done, though the frequent cuts reveal the low budget.

Overall, a frustrating experience.
