Honestly it's been a long time I have been hooked on to something, the actors and actresses portray their roles pretty well, good storyline it keeps you wanting more, im addicted to Mondays I'm always looking forward to new episodes every week, Alya is now my favorite Turkish actress she's so pretty and I am obsessed with her, Give give it a try you won't regret. It's not one of those cheesy shows. The show is mature and I recommend watching. I'm looking forward to them confessing their love to each other, The best of the best. Strong female and male lead. And the side actors and actresses add spice to the show. It's really good.

Fascinating characters, gripping storyline and exotic scenery makes this series addictive.
The character Alya is strong and brave, admirable and mature beyond her age. She is fearless and a protective, loving mother. Cihan is dedicated and respectful, works constantly at trying to please and protect his loved ones. I adore Kaya's unfaltering love for Zerrin and am touched by the impossible love story between Sahin and Nare. Even the "villains" are amazing to watch. Madame Sadakat may seem cruel and cold, but that actress is surely playing her role immaculately. She is chilling and beautiful at the same time. The character, Demir is nasty, but he seems to have a playful side that keeps him somehow enjoyable to watch. The side characters are also funny and endearing. Kadir is a riot, and has me rolling every time he is talking on the phone with his mouth full...or stealing food from the kitchen! It would be a crime not to mention the young actor who plays little Cihan (Deniz). I could listen to that cute guy all day. He is adorable. I also would like to mention my appreciation for the use of dialect. It is not cliché nor cartoonish, but just adds to the characters' believability.
All that was just about the characters. But the characters without a storyline is lost. The plot is gripping and often heart wrenching. The series is intense and moving yet often times comical and clever. From the first show, I was hooked. To think that this bright woman would be trapped in a land that was foreign to her, and at risk of losing her son is unimaginable. The obstacles she has endured is dumbfounding. What Cihan is going through, as he protects his family, is also crazy. It's a lot, but it makes the show exciting.
I am eagerly looking forward to each new episode.

These shows always kill me! The younger female characters in this show wear 7 inch pumps while in the desert, on cobblestone streets, in hospitals on surgical duty, going up and down steep stone stairs, being chased by nasty villains on dusty roads deep in Syria and do not trip once! How can I not give a 7 to this feat! That is my review!
The show could have been marginally watchable minus the ridiculous heels, the attempt to give a transplant to a vegetative patient and the grating voice of Saddakat Hanim!

Title: Love That Heals Without Asking
Review:
In Uzak Sehir, the relationship between Aliya and Cihan is a masterclass in emotional storytelling.
Aliya, once guarded and emotionally distant, slowly begins to adapt to Cihan. Not because he demanded change, but because he quietly stayed. He did not try to break her walls; he simply waited until she let him in.
Cihan matched her silence and respected her pain. Through that silent understanding, love grew - not with drama, but with patience and healing.
This is not a love that fights pain, but a love that embraces it and transforms it.
True love does not conquer. It heals.
Rating: 6.5 out of 10.

First of all, when I started this show I liked it very much. I hated the fact that everyone was related and I overlooked those things. But then as I watched it further, I started to not like it, even hate it. The story was getting very boring too and everything felt repetitive. I don't like any of the main characters and they are all miserable, I also don't like how gloomy the episodes look. As soon as the episode starts, I want to stop watching it.
I don't know how this has a high rating and even is a thing. The plot is so slow and it feels like the romance is being shoved in to my throat. I don't like that there is more romance than the actual story. The first episode was deceiving as it showed there is gonna be actions but nope, everything turned into forbidden romance and betrayal. And I am fed up. I wanted something different yet this one didn't offer it at all. More than 80% of the show is spent on the characters shouting. Each episode is 2 hours long but the characters only shout throughout the episode, it is very annoying and half of the time it is unnecessary. Season 2 is even worse. I am not going to watch this and watch something else. There are better shows out there.
I would not recommend it to anyone either.
