I think, this movie is one of the best movie if you see as foriendship of school, college even in professional life. And the second part of that movie is about love that is totally different from today's movie.
I think permish verma is greatest actor, producer in future of pollywood, i see the future of permish is more bright then nowadays.

I don't think I have ever given 1 star ever to a movie but this one forced me. Parmish verma being actor , director, producer himself could be so dumb is beyond me. He has committed a sin of thinking that his audience is dumb.
And when a person takes his audience for granted its a matter of time before his horse race of fame is over.
There is absolutely no story, no character arc, no screenplay. For first 18 minutes you see only 3 scenes of character drinking for next 40 you see a nothing burger story which surely is not love story and remaining is a dumb conclusion.
It's high time that writer director should pack their bags and leave and let real talent make movies.

Watched it today,
Varmish verma tried it but couldn't make a movie.
Varmish you actually Tabaah the movie with the story !
If it was a short movie or song video, it was good idea but for a 2 hour movie its waste of time, money & talent
Direction was good, acting was good but no story at all. We should not call it a movie
Its a love story, that we have seen in lot of songs video !

Let's be honest, Tabaah had everything it needed to at least be watchable: a decent cast, good acting, and one or two good songs. But what it delivers instead is two hours of pure frustration wrapped in pointless misery.
The story is a mess. It's just a cycle of unnecessary emotional crying (awein bilawajah da randi rona). Parmish's character spends the whole movie in self-inflicted pain, waiting for some grand tragedy to make him look deep and poetic. Bro, if you loved the girl, just tell her. She wasn't even engaged at that point, and even when she was, one honest conversation could've solved everything. Instead, we watch him drown in alcohol, self-pity, and bad decisions while the girl is shown as completely unaware. By the end, the only thing I felt was relief that the movie finally ended.
Yes, the acting from Parmish, Dheeraj, Kanwaljit Singh, and Wamiqa Gabbi was fine, they did what they could with the garbage script. But beyond that, there's nothing to praise. The pacing is painfully slow, the scenes feel disconnected, and the direction lacks any real purpose. You keep waiting for something meaningful to happen, but it never does.
And that ending? Senseless. The guy dies, and no one tells the girl. She says I will find you, which means she will keep finding a dead man. It's not tragic, it's lazy writing disguised as tragedy. The movie tries to copy the emotional depth of one sided love type movies but without the intensity, logic, or coherence.
Tabaah could have worked as a 15-minute short film or even a long music video. But as a full-length feature, it collapses under its own melodrama. It's not heartbreak, it's exhaustion.
If you value your time or sanity, skip this one. Parmish should probably stick to singing, because as a filmmaker, this was an epic tabaahi in every sense.

Film Review: Tabaah
Tabaah starts off on a promising note, with an engaging premise and a well-known crew backing the project. If it were a short film, its impact might have been stronger, but as a full-length feature, it struggles to maintain the audience's interest till the end.
The film bears similarities to Lover (Punjabi film), following a familiar trope where the protagonist, after facing rejection in love, turns to alcohol-ultimately leading to his downfall. The cause of death, as expected, is excessive drinking, making the plot predictable.
However, Tabaah does introduce a unique element: a love story where the female lead remains unaware of the person approaching her. This adds an intriguing layer, setting it apart from conventional romantic dramas. Later, when she gets married, another unexpected storyline unfolds, adding some depth to the narrative.
While the initial portions are engaging, the film loses momentum after an hour, becoming repetitive and predictable. The emotional depth and execution could have been handled better to sustain audience engagement. Despite its strong start, Tabaah ultimately falls into the trap of cliché storytelling, making it a missed opportunity.
