The OBGYN Dept. Works around the clock to save their patients who each arrive with life threatening conditions that affect their families differently. Most situations had closure but there were two patients at least that one doesn't know how that turns out so a bit incomplete. I was tired for them! At the same time there are co-worker romances evolving.

The most innocent but extremely caring young nurse was played by Lee Young-eun. It was fun to see a younger Song Joong Ki. The romantic story was harsh at the end and a little unsettling so I felt bad and annoyed at the Chief OBGYN Doctor. Overall, it was worth watching if you like medical dramas.

I can't even remember how many times I cried while I was watching this Kdrama. It really rips my heart seeing parents Having trouble during giving birth in the hospital. The love story was not a typical one. Song Joongki is a nurse in this show.
