I love how the movie feels light and easy to watch, but for me... it just kind of exists. If you're a fan of both leads, you'll definitely feel giddy and thrilled watching them together-but if you're looking for emotional depth or layered storytelling, this might not hit the mark.

Personally, I expected more-especially from the title. The plot had great potential, but I was really hoping they'd dive deeper into Jolo and Sari's individual stories. It felt a bit rushed, like there was more to tell but not enough time to tell it.

I guess part of my disappointment comes from the fact that both of these amazing actors have delivered incredible performances before-like in Linlang and What's Wrong With Secretary Kim. So my expectations were kind of high. Maybe it's also because it's a movie, and there's only so much they can fit in without dragging the story.

Still, I really hope they work together again in the future-but next time, in something more meaningful and emotionally rich. Something like Paulo Avelino's I'm Drunk, I Love You-that's my kind of film.

But no hard feeling, I enjoy the movie either way!

Light but it felt like a roller coaster. One moment you're laughing, then tearing up a little, then crying even more, and before you know it, you're laughing again. Absolutely a feel-good film. A must watch if what you want it is to come out of the Cinema just simply happy. Don't get too technical, you'd be disappointed if you'd come in with high technical expectations. Reason why I am rating 3 stars off for that improvement but neverless, still worthy. Cinematography is exceptional-well thought of especially all scenes with the rain and at the bridge. The colors and hues were perfect as well!

His comedic timing is as off as the movie's pacing: flat, awkward, and painfully forced. The "funny" scenes land like a wet sponge hitting a wall. No laughs, just cringing and checking how much longer you have to sit through it.

You keep waiting for something - anything - to happen that might justify the runtime. Spoiler: it doesn't. Even the emotional moments feel recycled and emotionally bankrupt.

Bottom line: This movie should've taken its own advice and disappeared - from the release calendar.

I loved it! No too heavy scenes which is good. It's so light that we just want to relax for almost two hours. Superb

Story: Predictable. Felt like it was compressed just to give the whole story. It might be more good if it was made as a series like a short series but then again since the story focuses on the female lead Sari, it was delivered well by the lead. I just felt like the other characters might have shown more of their stories.

Characters: I wanted to see more of the tahanan homes people. They are a happy, fun typical Filipino community and I wanted to see more fun from them. Their comedic timing are all on point but I wanted to see more comedy especially with the character of Aling Nida. I was left hanging for her character. I was left hanging from all of them they should have shown more.

Jolo- the character also felt short but it was delivered well for Sari. I wanted to see more backstory of him. I felt like he was just a supporting role for Sari.

Sari- the main character it was delivered well. Since the story focuses on her then that was given! She showed all emotions in 2hrs I mean "different emotions".

Artist: Everyone is good in their own way. They all delivered the script and the story well. Their comedic timings are all on point so definitely you would still enjoy it. The chemistry of the 2 leads shines through on screen. It feels so real. Their eyes speaks volume.

Overall: if you want to run away from stress or problems even just for 2hrs then this movie is for you. If you want to feel butterflies on your stomach then this is for you! It's just a feel good movie with a heart.

Only Fil movie i watched so far recently. Sari resonated with me. KimPau chemistry is so palpable. Grabe love this feel good movie. Planning to watch it again with a different set of friends before i leave for UK.

Best scene for me is the #Gusto scene, cinematography is on pt like kdrama quality, comedy is is good. In this chaotic and depressing world, a feel good movie is just what we need, watched it several times but the experience of happiness and kilig doesn't get old.

Go watch it, you will not be disappointed. Bring the whole family . It does what its set out to do which is to entertain.

It's light, funny, cute, and yet meaningful. I haven't had a post-pandemic experience where I left the cinema smiling and giddy. I love their chemistry; it's so realistic, worth every cent. Kim is funny and can carry dramatic scenes really well; a proud Bisaya, while Paolo is just charismatic, intense, and surprisingly boyish, too. The plot is simple yet clean and well-executed. The supporting cast is just right, and they seemed to enjoy acting together. I'm just happy we have local movies that do not try to look expensive and be a Hollywood copycat. Kudos to the director, scriptwriter, editor, camera team, and everyone who is part of the behind-the-scenes team.

Brought my Australian mother in law to watch this movie with me! We travelled took the train for an hour to get to the movies!

It did not disappoint! She loved this movie so much! The Kilig word definitely got translated in English!!!!

She was screaming an laughing our loud with the crowd and was looking forward to watching another Kimpau movie.

As promised, the story and characters has so much heart. Even the supporting casts are amazing.

Kim and Paulo's chemistry was unmatched! So natural, no pretense and stiffness. There is no feeling of "acting" at all and trying to put on a show.

Cinematography was great and all shots were beautiful and well thought of. All the lines and emotions were loud and clear and was delivered perfectly.

You will feel all of it, the love, pain, joy, worries and struggles or the characters.

This movie will make you feel proud to be a filipino. It's been a long time since I have come across a movie like this.

You will leave the cinema with a heart that is full of love and joy and that there is always hope for everyone and never be afraid to love.

The storyline is simple yet very relatable. You will find yourself crying, then, after a couple of seconds, switch to laughing. Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino are indeed super talented that they were able to convey their story and transcend it to the screen. Their chemistry on screen is amazing. You get the "Kilig" feel without feeling cringey. It makes me want to keep watching them. The cinematography is also excellent. The song "Dilaw" by Maki fits perfectly as the theme song for the movie. Kudos to the whole team of My Love Will Make You Disappear. So happy I was able to watch it.

This film will take you through a roller coaster ride of emotions. Found myself crying a little, laughing so hard, crying so hard, giggling and smiling in the end. Kim Chiu's acting is just superb. I even forgot that she can actually be this funny. I loved every comedic scene. Paulo didn't need a lot of words. You can just feel it in his eyes. Haven't thought he can also be that funny. A breath of fresh air, definitely. It is very evident that everyone in the production and staff worked so hard for this film until the end. This is a movie that will just leave you smiling going out of the cinema. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

I was not expecting anything for the movie the moment my mom had me watched this with her in cinemas. I was like okay this will just be a fun bonding with her since its a rom com. She's been a fan of the actress Kim Chiu for a long time even when we moved here in the states. While watching the movie I was surprised to be moved by Sari I was deeply affected by the struggles and fears she was conveying then I just noticed myself so drawn to her to the point I was crying out loud because of emotions I don't know I've been bottling up I am also in my 30's and had a fair share of heartaches from childhood traumas and got my heart broken several times. Kim's great portrayal got into me and boy it hit me hard. I hope just like her I will be able to overcome that fear. Her chemistry with the male lead Paulo Avelino (Jolo) was over the top too the people in the theatre was shouting to giddiness it was like a riot so I guess their team up is very very popular back home.

Kim better win a best actress award in this film I am not an emotional person but she made me cry!

Sari believes she is cursed, while Jolo thinks he is a failure.

This encounter leads to a passionate romance, and I don't want to spoil the story while the Movie is still showing. Unfortunately, the relationship ultimately fractures. Through their struggles, the film conveys a powerful message about the complexities of love and the importance of forgiveness and redemption. Although Jolo and Sari's experiences are physically different, both come from a place of hurt.

I love how simple the storyline is; the cinematography is superb (kudos to Direk Chad), and it tackles a lot of things, including childhood traumas, fears and how to overcome them. I love how the community stay together, and in the end, it is our family who will stick for us.

A little cringe on "curse" things, which didn't really explain well in the end if they were true or not, or it's just Sari's imagination. It could be just a metaphor, I don't know.

Another cringy for me is how Jolo get hurt; i dont want to elaborate as to not spoil the movie. The lead stars are so good at their craft and you can just ignore those little cringe things.

The inserted fantasy there is cute, i remember some Korean dramas that does that i can't remember the title.

It is a very fast-paced movie, you will laugh hard, then cry hard, then laugh, then cry, so many mixed emotions. But, the best part of the movie is the ending. Like when the credits are already showing. Dang! That was good. You will end the movie with a big smile on your face wanting to rewatch it all over again.

Kim and Paulos chemistry is chemistry'ing they are so bagay talaga.

Kim Chiu perfectly portrays the longing for love, fragility and independence of a 30's woman while Paulo Avelino captures us with the brooding character but he perfectly shows us how a man deeply fall inlove and weakens to accept the help of his father. Their chemistry makes us want to be loved and be in love which a true blue rom com obejective. The kiss, the touch and lingering stares enables us to be high in love. That's how powerful their chemistry is.

The main point of the story is very timely and provocative. It makes us want to reflect what we really desire despite of the trauma, fear and disappointment of our reality.

Kim Chiu truly shines as the best actress. She absolutely deserves that title. Her versatility in this film was nothing short of impressive, and she went all out in her performance.

Paulo Avelino is, of course, a talented actor, but what amazed me most was how he transitioned into the romantic-comedy genre. We all know him for his roles in heavy drama and intense scenes, but he nailed this rom-com role! You can really feel the chemistry between him and Kim, and it's clear that he wholeheartedly supported her throughout the film.

To Direk Chad V, this is a fantastic movie! It's light-hearted yet full of emotions-you can truly feel everything the characters are going through. I'm hoping for a part 2!

It's a very light romantic-comedy film. You'll start watching it with a smile or laugh and leave the cinema with a smile or a laugh. It isn't a movie that tackles just about the thrills in love but it digs up about one's desires and aspirations about love. It is a warm and a homey film that makes you miss home and want to be around with your family and friends. The undeniable chemistry of the two stars brings extra butterflies on your stomach. The romantic scenes are not cringy, it is just right. This is a highly recommended movie especially if you feel down or wanted to watch a feel-good movie.
