A comedy of errors if we need to have the word comedy associated with this poorly written obvious waste of time.

Whoever told the writer they were funny was only being kind.

Disjointed difficult to follow and oh how slow and barely pedestrian it moved from o e painfully stereotyped scene to another.

Clearly filmed on a budget when the supporting cast had the spare time it gave the impression it was just a vehicle to press home Rose is disabled and requires reminding and is desperately seeking a numerous angle.

Spoiler alert it wasn't funny it was embarrassing and quite frankly insulting to anyone with an ounce of respecting the diverse society we live in.

Good try but a fail.

I wanted and expected to enjoy this, but found it painfully unwatchable. The writing is hackneyed and derivative and constantly misfires. The performances have energy, but that can't salvage the insipid script. The comedy for the most part just doesn't work. It lacks charm and has big 'written by committee' energy.

Most of the jokes don't land and many are as predictable as Bank Holiday traffic jams. There's plenty of irony, although certainly unintentional, as this identity politics based sitcom seems to be unsure of what it is (and isn't).

Armando Iannucci has been responsible for some of the best tv comedy, but this is a stinker.

Rosie Jones is a superior comedy writer and Pushers is an excellent demonstration of playing to one's strengths and it's great to see her enjoying her character and not hogging all the best comedic lines for herself.

This show has perfect nuances of dark comedy shrouded by the realism of challenges and discrimination faced by society with varying disabilities.

This is a typical Channel 4 outing of how we should be exposed to a variety of creativity from all aspects and allow the viewer to immerse themselves into a world rarely treated to a comedic viewpoint without being directly or indirectly offensive to anyone.

Whilst attempting to be Shameless with disabilities but didn't live up to this. The acting was generally terrible and jokes the same.

Although I like the thought of disabled people being seen in society as all too often they are overlooked. Unfortunately many of the punch lines were missed and story line slow and predictable.

It made disabled people appear dishonest and stupid. What we are told in the media about many people falsely claiming benefits is made to appear true- whilst unfortunately there are many honest people out there who do not do this. Scenes like cocaine constantly being spilt or pretending to wet themselves just enhances the disabled stereotype. If you are going to do a comedy about disabled people you need to make them the opposite to this.

Push is funny, sharp, and full of moments I didn't realise I was missing on screen. I've genuinely never seen two disabled people just having a conversation on a TV show before and not about being inspirational, just... living. I rarely laugh out loud at anything, but this had me actually cracking up.

As someone who now uses a wheelchair after getting long COVID, I related hard. Gig venues have stopped searching me too, and yeah, I sneak in alcohol. Watching people like me being funny, cheeky, and unapologetically themselves felt like something I didn't know I needed.

I've really enjoyed Rosie Jones' writing for radio before, and it's so exciting to see her voice on screen. The cast have great chemistry, the writing is sharp, and it leaves space for both humour and honesty. It's not polished, and that's what makes it brilliant. I hope this is the start of much more.
