I was impressed with the quality of this production: time just flew by and didn't find a boring scene. The story background was simple but realistic that I was easily drawn into the story. It was quite an interesting feeling to be scared but found it funny at the same time while watching. To me, it was a chill show to wrap up my busy week with some joy and excitement at the same time!
Looking forward to the upcoming episodes!
Last but not least, no dobt Jisoo's acting has been improved (for sure male lead was doing a great job as well!). Also, I was wondering how Jisoo still look so gorgeous in those scaring scenes! Nice Watch!

Absolutely hilarious. I love Jisoo's acting so much, she delivered so much emotions in just 2 episodes. Although the first episode got me slacking a little but in episode 2 everything changes. It gotten way more funnier! And I love the dynamics between Jisoo's boyfriend and his friend. The way he kept looking out for him haha. Furthermore, I have to admit it that I watched this show for Jisoo because she always served!! Like whenever she pops out on screen I was like "YES GIRL" "OKAYY FACECARDDDDDD" Overall, I love this show, I don't watch much K-drama.. but for Jisoo, I will :) And the zombie appearance is lowkey scary haha.
Actually I'm not a fan of zombies because I hate gore but this series is great it's very funny and doesn't make me feel disgusted by blood or zombie scenes, also at first I was worried about Jisoo's acting because everyone criticizes her acting exaggeratedly, but when I watched episode 3, bro she's a great actress the role suits her perfectly I think all these critics are just haters who don't like Jisoo only and don't judge her performance but because she's Jisoo the idol, you can't believe she's the least experienced among the crew and yet her performance is great, also the lead and his friend are very enjoyable. Thanks to all the makers of the work for this great effort.

Not your typical romcom or zombie thriller. Feels more like a movie than kdrama. Director should've start the show with female lead since kdrama fans love beautiful visuals. And show more of them together to get viewers connected with them til 8th ep
**They'll show more of their relationship in between as flashbacks, like the scenes in Shop for killers (same writer).
Pros: Good acting, good chemistry between cast, easy and straight forward plot, zombies are bloody gore, the lead couple are cute in flashbacks, the FL team looks promising for a fun ride with zombies, ML seems creative and not scared fighting zombies so it's not dumb and dumberer just a hint of humor take
Cons: Too short and quickly done scenes, unsure which direction it'll take next which is good to keep us guessing but also worry it'll be heavily leaning to soldiers instead of the romantic leads. I hope I'll come back and say how happy there's very little military scene especially the squad leader we don't really care about them like that.

Only 2 episodes have released but honestly saying, I am just obsessed with the series already. Everything is so good but the best part is the comedy. I am enjoying it so much, can't wait for the zombie action scenes but I am loving the comic elements as of now. Park Jeong Min is great great great and so hilarious for real. I am now his fan for sure. As for Kim Jisoo, I knew she was a crackhead in Blackpink so of course this role would suit her a lot and she didn't disappointed me at all. She is so funny as well and I definitely see the improvement in her acting from snowdrop. She acted great in snowdrop as a debutant but at some points, it felt like "she is acting", but as young Joo, it doesn't feel like she is acting, it feels like she is young Joo, she is living that character which is important for any actor out there. The plot is also quite interesting and very unusual which makes it even better. It's different from other zombie series definitely, and I am so excited for the upcoming episodes of Newtopia.
