The teaser poster and trailer were released on Halloween 2024, exactly one year after the project was officially announced in 2023.
The official trailer and poster were released on New Years 2025.
On the second night of principle photography, when filming Rosa's death scene in the woods, it was discovered upon on that moment that there was homeless people living in the woods, cussing at and threatening the cast and crew.
The original idea that the director had for this project, was two onlyfans models getting lost in the woods with their photographer and getting picked off one by one by a psycho in the woods. After completing an extremely rough draft of the script, the director immediately got bored of the idea. Saving only the kills from the previous script, they would eventually evolve into the entire third act of this short film.
The character of Rosa was written specifically just for Du Herbst. She was the first person cast before there even was a fully finished script.
