A direct follow-up to Part One, this sequel tries to ground itself by shifting the action to Earth. The RWBY girls age up, the Justice League regains its adult forms, and Yang finally kisses Blake. Canon confirmed. The haters can suck it.
Unfortunately, the narrative is still a slog. The final 22 minutes are excruciating. Jessica Cruz is a solid presence, but the roster is overstuffed. One villain is a foppish cyborg with Doc Ock arms; the other is an AI named Killgore. Yes-Killgore. It screeches like a brat and feels like a parody of comic relief.
The kiss between Blake and Yang has been teased for years, but its freeze-frame delivery feels more like a press release than a moment of earned intimacy. It's not liberation-it's staging.
So the crossover concludes not with catharsis, but with choreography. A little fan service, a lot of filler, and one big shrug of a finale.

A visually vibrant and action-packed continuation of the crossover saga, shifting the setting to Earth where the Grimm have invaded Metropolis. The return of the Justice League's adult forms and RWBY's aged-up characters adds depth to the team dynamics, while the evolving Grimm creatures raise the stakes with inventive battles. Though the plot remains mid-tier and the villains underwhelming, the film improves on Part One with smoother storytelling and more grounded pacing. Fans of RWBY will appreciate the character moments and subtle nods-like the Yang and Blake kiss-though DC purists may find it less compelling.
I liked both of the movies. Great stories within stories and I loved how they tied the events of RWBY into it as well. The only thing I wish that they had done differently would be the animation. I wish that in this one (part 2) they would have done the animation style that we have come to know of the Justice League in the recent years. I feel it would have been a little cooler to see what the RWBY characters (Grimm included) would have looked like in that world instead of the RWBY animation. Also, have to give a shoutout to Christopher R Sabat. He is one of my favorite voice actors that in any type of animation, I always get a huge sense of nostalgia to my early years of watching DBZ. You rock man!!
The most annoying part of Part One was all the teenage animation which was magically gone in Part Two! I'm not usually one to buy prints, but this artwork was quite impressive, and I'll be searching for something to commemorate that.
We finally get to see some fresh character development, both for the protagonists, and finally the antagonists, and it's actually quite interesting. No spoilers, but it's way better than "the multiverse is collapsing, and we can stabilize it by doing this contrived thing".
No wasted shots so far...really hoping we get more than just Part Three, but wouldn't want them to start wasting time either. This has been great, and would really like to see all of this as canon in RWBY Volume 10, to include this caliber of art. Keep drawing them as adults - no one really aspires to be a teenager anyway.

Part Two is great in pretty much everything compared to Part Two. Part 2 was much better than part 1, not just because they got through the interaction setup between RWBY and JL in part 1 but because part 1 had a lot of plotlines that didn't really go anywhere, Jessic and Jaune was the only one that met the beats, here multiple characters get it, especially Ruby which is nice, plus the enemies are actually tough so there's more variety in fights.

- CuriosidadesKilg%re wasn't destroyed in the last film. With the trailer heavily implying that he made it back to Earth by using Cyborg as a Trojan horse.
