Sora hacks into the Imperium logs to find Riyu. Nya and Kai explore a mysterious passageway. Lloyd leads an epic battle against an army of Photacs.

Ninja never quit. Nya, Kai and Zane give the battle against Imperium new hope while Lloyd uncovers a mystery hidden deep below the city.

The Ninja follow clues to the Temple of Dragon Cores in hopes of ending MergeQuakes for good, while the Empress plots her revenge.

The Ninja split up to find the three Dragon Cores. Lloyd and Arin are diverted by an ocean gang and their monstrous pet crab.

Arin and Lloyd navigate the Administration's bureaucracy, rescuing Zane and tracing the stolen Dragon Core. They face Agents, find a clue, and meet a familiar face. Kai teaches Wyldfyre the importance of calm.

In a flashback, Empress Beatrix rises to power with the help of Lord Ras who has captured a giant Source Dragon.

A Resistance is formed within Imperium, but the Empress has finished creating the MergeQuake weapon.

Lloyd uses the three Dragon Cores to end the MergeQuakes and free the Source Dragon from below the Imperium.
