Can you hire someone that will not jump every time there is a noise? I would be an amateur for you guys and will run towards the noise. I do not fear anything I cannot touch. I would love to go on an episode just to prove there is nothing to fear. The fun thing to do is sit in the dark and wait for something to happen. I am avaliable to go at anytime. I love the show, but the camera flying all over the place is very annoying. I think it would be fun to stay in the most scary place. Brushy Mountains episode was kind of ruined by the camera man running or jumping away from any sound that wad made near him.
After the loss of their network deal with their hit show Destination Fear they've decided to one up the networks and continue their rightful place on TV. Their newest show Project Fear continues where the show network left off. Right back into the ominous and scary locations. This time they have the means to make the show they have always wanted. It's bigger and better. The crew has a devoted group of followers who love their antics and energy. More fun and more scares are coming in season 1. If you're a fan of paranormal television do no miss this series only available on YouTube! They are also a very interactive group and involved heavily with their supporters.
I hear everyone's issues with their goofing off and such and I too feel that sometimes they go a bit overboard, however you have to keep in mind the amount of adrenaline and such going through their bodies during their investigations. I for one found them through Project Fear and then began watching Destination. Watching DF after watching all of PF I just feel like somethings is missing, and it's seeing really their personalities. They are much more dulled down on DF, which is just the reality of corporate TV. They're also genuinely kind people, interacting with their fanbase when they get the chance. They also host weekly lives in FearClub, their paid subscription which gives you access to behind the scenes content. Definitely recommend!
Great idea but most of the show it taken up with the team screaming and shouting. They mess around with each other and you lose the focus on what they try to achieve.
Can't be taken seriously because of this.
Not really investigating, shame as this team could achieve so much more.
Falls into the typical made for American audiences, and similar in many ways to the shows made previously.
They came away from a famous, shouty and over the top ghost hunter but have quickly fallen into the same profile as him.
Less noise and more content, lose the background music so we can hear what they hear.

I think the idea of having a run-off series after DF was a good one and made sense to capitalise on the success of Destination Fear (DF).
However, I have to say, based on the first episode on You Tube, I was most disappointed. You could clearly see that the 'professionalism' of the DF production team was missing, and despite a decent effort made by Dakota and the team, this fell well short in my opinion. Ok the budget is limited, and a lot rests on the team members (particularly Dakota) to keep things 'on track'. But they are experienced investigators.
I felt the overall 'silliness' and immature dancing around by the team members (excitement aside) just detracted from what it should have been - a serious professional paranormal investigation. These antics just made it look amateur, and ripe for YouTube viewers rather than providing a potential platform for another network to take up the show and potentially help to build it into a serious TV programme again.
There was also too much repetitive replaying of the previous DF episode (at the same venue) and which added a lot of 'padding' to the show structure and length.
You would think that maybe future episodes would start to show some maturity and professionalism, but I suspect that's not going to happen as the first series is likely to have wrapped now and Dakota is putting together the final edits to broadcast to You Tube.
Sadly, I for one wont be watching anymore.
