This game is so challenging...

Now on ps plus for September only, this game has great graphics, gripping controls, and well done dialogue and a challenging story mode. It's recommended for people who are not queasy. I never beaten any of the infamous games since they are hard and remind me of GTA a bit. I hope they make a infamous game for Playstation VR.

Repetitive and Boring

I played all Infamous series games and found this one is the most boring. The story is mediocre and I didn't feel engaged. The district clearance tasks are all extremely repetitive.

Some boss fights are good. But that's all the good about it. The game encourages to do a second play to see the other side of the character. But just thinking about all the repetitive tasks I will have to do again, I gave up on that idea.

It looks like Sucker Punch just needed to get the games out the door. It lacked game passion and souls. Only good graphics don't make a great game.

I was just dying to finish the game and get it done with.

Infamous was like a superhero version of GTA. Infamous should be what superhero video games should be, instead of the generic gameplay we always get.

Infamous is an open world video game about stopping the government (again) as they push martial law. You play as a jerk-punk superhero hero guy who has various abilities.

The story was fun, graphics, voicing and gameplay were a blast.

The only reason why it gets an 8 was because the final boss was a pain to beat. I beat it once and I never returned. Still, the game was epic fun. It was so much fun to fly around and do cool abilities.

A must try for Ps4 nerds.

Great Gameplay
Good open world environment
Amazing graphics
Good variation of superpower abilities
Good voice acting and animation
Few good boss fights

Cons:

Some forgettable side characters
Some repetitive main and side missions
Generic open world structure

Verdict: Overall a decent open world superhero-esk game that is formulaic but still fun to play.

Curiosidades
Several references to other Sucker Punch (the developer of the game) games are referenced in this game. Many times you will see the name MacGrath or McG on buildings and signs. This is a reference to prior inFAMOUS (2009-) games, which had a protagonist named Cole MacGrath, who wielded electricity. Also, Delsin's ringtone is the Sly Cooper (2002-) theme song, with cartoon raccoons on a playground's walls and some neon signs in the shape of a raccoon's head.
