Atef, a recent graduate of the Faculty of Medicine, goes to receive the decision to assign him, and then is surprised that the place of his assignment is located in a health unit in the village of (Tarshukh Al-Lif). He travels there to file a grievance request for transfer, but the first situation he corresponds to is the death of the director of the health unit.

Atef finds himself installed as director of the health unit, and then begins to take over the tasks of management, exposing to many comedic situations and paradoxes with employees and patients from the village.

Atef gives birth to one of the women, then moves to the doctors' residence, and begins to explore the unit and get to know the rest of the staff, but he collides with Samir because of his jealousy of the admiration relationship that began to develop between Atef and Hagar.

A huge fire occurs in a house next to the health unit, then Samir steals Atef's seal, while Sheikh Marzouk comes and extinguishes the fire in a strange way.

Atef and Abdul Budaie go to one of the weddings in the village, where one person is ill but is rescued by Sheikh Marzouk. One of the officials visits the unit for an educational seminar, but then Atef is kidnapped by unknown assailants.

Atef finds himself held in Sheikh Marzouq's house, then puts something strange in tea that makes him act strangely. While Samir continues to court Hagar. Atef and Hagar then sneak into Sheikh Marzouk's house to spy on him and fall into another trouble.

Atef and Hagar try to recover laptop that was stolen with the help of Ramadan. Atef discovers that Samir charges patients and there is a heated debate between them, and Hagar reprimands Atef for not being able to solve problems.

Electricity is cut off from the village, and Atef, accompanied by Abdul Badi, tries to transfer vaccinations so as not to spoil. Samir falsifies a penalty for Kawthar and enters her into a dispute with Atef. Then the police raid Sheikh Mabrouk's house and he thinks that Atef was the one who walked it.

Atef comes to the health unit and finds chaos everywhere and is punished by Kawthar. A delegation from administrative oversight then attends and refers Atef to the investigation for his negligence.

Atef discovers that Samir and Sheikh Mabrouk are the cause of all the crises he has suffered. As he prepares to leave, a painful road accident makes him return to the unit to save the injured, escape any penal sanctions and return to take over the administration again.
