I feel like gmmtv can be rather hit or miss when it comes to their series, but every now and then they'll release a beautiful show (i.e. Not me or the eclipse) that truly just knocks it out of the park. I can safely say that last twilight is one of those. Even with just 3 episodes released, every single moment has been absolutely gorgeously done, I feel as though i am able to connect to almost every single character in their own individualistic way and honestly, I can already tell that this series will become one of my best rated. Absolutely the most praise to the actors and actresses themselves too, they're so fantastic and have truly brought the characters to life.

I just created an account just because I want y'all to know that this is the best bl series of this year or maybe the best bl series of all the time! Just watched the ep 9 and I'm completely blown away by the beauty of it. I literally burst into tears. Never I have ever shed a single tear watching a bl series but last twilight beat me into it. This is just 10/10 for me. Jimmy and sea are marvelous actors! Their acting has improved a whole lot it's just so satisfying to watch them. And about the story there's nothing to say. Just the best. That's it.. If you aren't watching this you're completely missing out a masterpiece.

Its beauty takes my breath away and its storyline has me screaming crying throwing up. It had shown the beauty of love; mhokday's incomparable love that came straight out of a book that is written to be so poetic, symbolic, and majestic.

Last twilight contains the magic of acceptance and wonderful romance nothing can compare let alone its storyline of showing us that people with disabilities can be just like any normal person and they have shown us how to treat them right. That as long as we continue to live and chase the sunlight, we will reach wonders and true meaning of living this life.

That for something, we do not need our eyes to see because we can feel it and see it with our hearts. No matter the circumstance, it taught us that using our hearts can conquer challenges and face them bravely. Because for day's character we know that it really was hard for him to live and to accept his condition. But he learned to accept that shadow and danced with it along with someone who made him feel that his condition is not a hindrance to his fate of living a not perfect, but wonderful life. That even if he is in that condition and even if we are to face conflict that can lead us to stop and not continue to run the long road of life, everything will remain the same. Like what day said, "the sky will remain the sky, the sea will remain the sea" everything will be the same at its own place and everything will remain right at its own pace.

The beauty of last twilight taught us how beautiful love is and the magic it can do. But besides that, it also taught us countless lessons to go further and to continue running at our own pace. To never give up and to accept what is to be. So long as we have someone beside us that we love and live for, we can conquer anything and we will learn to accept what will be and see the real beauty living a life can contain.

They have shown a love so real, a romance beyond romantic, and a story nothing can compare. I have said that but i will say it again because last twilight is such a wonderful gift and it means so much to me being something that is more than just typical but ethereal and delicate when it comes to all aspects of a show. It hits the right spots in my heart and that is my weakness.

The impact of mhokday's relationship and their characters individually. Even including the side characters and their arcs and developments. THIS SERIES IS TREASURE ITS GOLDEN AND ITS A MASTERPIECE OF ALL MASTERPIECES (praying for an ending that would not bring us down xhjzzbd)

I'm four episodes into this series at the time of this review, and I'm really enjoying it. I'm also very much looking forward to the next episode.

This show just makes me smile. Sometimes I catch myself smiling with the characters, and at other times I'm smiling because of them. And I really like to smile. Which has given me a lot of appreciation for Last Twilight. It's just been really enjoyable so far, and well executed.

I'm hoping the story unfolds well because it's already set up to be something special. The romantic tension is top notch and keeps me craving more while also feeding me morsels aplenty. I'm using all my wishes that this story keeps giving me the delightful, happy feelings it's given me so far.

Edit: I enjoyed Last Twilight all the way through. Definitely worth the watch. I'm going to miss looking forward to a new episode each week. I'm sure I'll find myself rewatching this series time and again.

I've watched tons of BL series from the OGs to the most recent ones and I have to say that Last Twilight is indeed a masterpiece. The plot, acting, directing, screenplay, cinematography, and musical scoring are outstanding! Each episode brings viewers to varying feelings and experiences, and will make them earnestly anticipate for what's happening next. It's not perfect and will never be, but that unique experience of relating to the characters, going through the roller coaster of emotions, and relishing the exceptional visuals is truly worth it. It was beautifully executed and delightfully depicted people's wins, struggles, and different facets of interpersonal relationships. Kudos to the whole LT team and I certainly hope they win awards which they rightfully deserve.

My expectation of this series was that it would be the usual okay storyline that would be butchered by average acting, poor editing, etc.

But... GMMTV has done a very decent job this time with the series. I binge watched and I am so glad I did.

The acting was absolutely top and the sweet moments .. 💕... I am giving a full 10 rating gladly.

The script was well done and there was adequate growth through the episodes for the characters to develop. However, I found episode 11 was a tad iffy; Having said that, I do recognise that as individuals, we come up with reactions and actions that others may not agree.

Still, a superb series and an absolute must watch recommendation from me.

From the beginning of this BL "Last Twilight" i really appreciate the plot.

So Well done : the idea of those two characters. The actors are doing it the perfect way, they really match together. The episodes from number 01 to number 09 are getting better and better with a 10 /10 for episode 06 and episode 09. Everything is done by GMMTV as good as was done "I Told Sunset About You" which is a reference in the BL industry...kind of "masterpiece".

Bravo to the director Noppharnach Chaiwimol (1000 Stars and Bad Buddy) and of course the two main roles by Jitaphon Potiwihok (Mohk) and Tawinan Weerawatnodom (Day). Please keep on doing the series that way because this is really the "essence"of the BL.

That it's one of the best series, there's no question about it and that's where my rating comes from, I respect all those viewers who experienced it to the fullest (and that's what it's all about) and shed hectoliters of tears worldwide, because this series hit a large part of the world of BL viewers , but I'll take a few digs anyway, don't take me too seriously.

I had a lot of fun with the opposites in the first episode. The brawler and brawler, Mok, a stubborn debt-ridden slob, who has also been in prison, with a girlfriend and, as a contrast, Day, a stubborn adult child, perhaps spoiled by his mother and a little spoiled, and in the next episode, a very fast incomprehensible turn ... From a wolf, he became a lamb with a whip, from a greased up hetero mechanic to a patient nurse in love with a young man, and Day's character suddenly changed quite a bit as well. Here, I would have liked more time for mutual "learning", grinding the edges of the characters, instead of the fact that in the next episodes the time was increased with cotton wool such as walking, cooking, running and other more or less lengthening scenes, and the plot stood a lot except for the matter with August. Then everything will return to the first plan, counting on the assumption that the audience will be wistfully talking about how poor Day is blind over the slow-moving plot ... and they would go crazy with tons of snotty tissues and tears in their eyes even if it was filmed Day going to the bathroom to poop and unable to find toilet paper.

On the other hand, the blindness was played very nicely and convincingly by Day, and kudos to the creators for a very tasteful and sensitive portrayal of a blind person, I mean it quite seriously and now again a little lightly - so nice that after the first eye surgery, the instrumentalist nurses apparently blew through his bandage hair dryer and hair straightener. But for a long time, I didn't believe Daya actually had feelings for Moka. Mok, that's a chapter in itself, it's cuteness in itself. I liked the character of Phojai (but also some other characters in the series), no hysterical and heart-wrenching scenes like how her partner "turned gay" and doesn't love her anymore. In ep.11, I was turned off by the predictable "artificial" breakup, instead of Day proving to his mom, who has to ask when he can fart, while he is a disabled but grown-up guy, how much he loves Mok and that he could leave with him despite his mother's ban and Mok, his love, would be able to take care of him even without his mother's money. And with Mok banging against the wall, that was a scene where I couldn't believe Mok and laughed out loud with rage at how they artificially lengthened it to make the last episode even sweeter. What bothered me the most about this series, which caught the attention of so many viewers, including me (!), was the incredibly fast transformation of Moka in the second and third episodes, the somewhat long-winded and sentimental slowness of the first plan, and above all the separation for a few years, I really hate that in Asian projects, and also that a relationship based on falling in love has to be worked on in order to grow into lasting love, and that requires an agreement, mutual respect, sanding the edges and not immediately insisting on a breakup (in that case, the one who insists on a breakup cannot to love the other to the bottom of the soul and to seek a compromise), that's why I can't give the story a ten.

These words may not come true to many people, in my opinion. I think the director deliberately wanted to override obligatory sad endings as observed in queer stories. As per the title, I expected 'Mhok' to donate his cornea to 'Day' as he continues to live with their memoirs. After a decade Sea could find Jim at a Centre for Assistance of Cephalic Impairments. Imagine 'Day' revealing in one of his post retirement interviews, "i owe my second life to someone....". Imagine 'Mhok' saying, "his mother asked me what could i offer him, here's my answer". In my opinion, the series could conclude ambiguously when blind 'Mhok' narrates his tale to 'Phojai's little son while playing on a swing and 'Day' watches from behind, gathering himself. Let 'Mhok's character grab the award for evoking emotions in the audience for his unconditional sacrifice. Mai dai o wa?

'Titanic' by James Cameron was impressive coz 'Jack' sacrificed so 'Rose' can live on. Frankly, the last three episodes diluted my Irish coffee. Yet Ep 9 caught me off guard, wrenching my heart. Actually rooftop kiss in ep 6 was expected to steal the show but..... As acknowledged by Force, these two are extremely sweet together, pacing through their rapport unhurried. Plot might have deviated from my expectation yet every encounter of the leads put a smile on my lips. In one of the reaction videos P'Jo said that 'Mhok' is a character that you don't notice from the beginning but eventually come to endear towards the end. I concur with his words. Sea, finger hearts for you. Watching L@N*EGE Let It Glow, i was wondering if they would be casted together and here we are. Namtan-Mark was difficult to assimilate. Probably William's 'Last Twilight' would nominate to awards this season.

Recently out of jail, Mhok (Jimmy), a car mechanic, struggles to find a job. Also, he needs money to pay for his beloved car. Rather accidentally, he ends up in a job interview for being a caretaker for a young, blind man. Day (Sea) is blind ever since an accident. He is bitter, cynical and arrogant. When he is introduced to Mhok, he sees something in him, mainly because Mhok shows no pity towards him. Day (or rather: his mother) hires him. Neither of them has the slightest idea how much that will change both their lives.

Wait. Just wait a minute. Is that really the same Jimmy that was so horrible in "Vice Versa"? I am shooketh. Shooketh, I tell you! I have no idea what happened in between these series, but his acting is impeccable! Gone is the wooden acting, gone are the bad kisses and he is even good in crying scenes! Either this man took acting lessons, it is Sea's influence or he finally met the right director who gets out the best of him. It's probably the latter, because Aof Noppharnach also directed two of the best Thai BLs of all time: Bad Buddy and A Tale of Thousand Stars.

I was really positively surprised and entertained by Last Twilight. The pace is good, I never had to fast forward and Sea and Jimmy have wonderful chemistry. You really can see that they like each other in private, so their chemistry projects onto the silver screen.

Last Twilight is a beautiful summer romance with an equally as beautiful soundtrack. I laughed, I cried, I rooted for. I have absolutely nothing to criticize. It has become one of my all time favorite series and is definitely one of the best BLs I have seen so far.

If you have ever wanted to watch an LGBT story about the life of someone going blind and how they may be able to stay strong and find love through it all, this is for you! Jimmy and Sea did so so well in this! I loved getting to know them through the show Vice Versa and have enjoyed them even more here through Last Twilight! This story connects with the pains and intricacies of life when going blind and the difficulties one may have in trying to get their eyesight back if it's an option for their condition. The family situation and will be family situation in this story are beautiful. The connections and realities of it all. And of course the acting! Sea did such an amazing job portraying someone going blind/being blind. I know he studied blind people with a specific condition in person to help him play this part and he pulled it off wonderfully. I cannot wait to see JimmySea in another series soon! I love these guys! Thank you GMMTV, Sea, Jimmy, and the rest of the cast for presenting us with one of the best BLs of 2024/2023. This is one for the books!

The screenplay was damn slow and you would need to have a lot of patience to watch each episode. I felt there were lot of unwanted scenes in the initial episodes.

Few good moments here and there makes this series watchable. Mark and Namtan chemistry was too good but unfortunately they have limited screen space,

Jimmy and Sea acting has improved a lot since Vice versa days and that should be appreciated.

I really love the plot of the story. The best thing is their acting!! OMG, bro, I feel like their eyes, how Phi'Mohk look at Day, I swear to God it is the best. I highly recommend this series if you are the type of person who love good plot or strong story. I literally downloaded this app for only let you guys know that this is the best one that I have ever seen and I couldn't believe that i finished this series since this series might be my favorite so far. I also felt like this series might be the best series for 2023 or 2024. I don't wanna gave you guys any spoiled or anything so, yeah, just make sure you watch this one for a life time!!

I've just created an account here because I wanted to share my opinion. I think that this series deserve all awards, really!!! I just love it!!! I watched it whole in one day, couldn't stop. It is beautiful, warm and heartbraking love story. I love the main couple chemistry, Jimmy and Sea played so well, they were really amazing, for me they deserve even an Oscar. It was a pleasure to watch them on the screen. Supporting actors also were wonderful. Congratulation also for the director Noppharnach Chaiwimol. GMMTV did a really good job, this series is one of the best in 2024. It is a must watch for all BL fans.

I hope that JimmySea will be given more series bcs they portrayed their character very well. I need like the memory erasure tool from men in black to experience watching this series the first time again. Every episode tackles multiple social issues that challenges the society's expectation on people. Every detail on the series is my most favorite thing. The metaphorical usage of objects and certain analogies from every episode really hook you to wait and play the next episode. Each episode really taught me the popular statement; To be loved is to be known. Hats to the Actors and actresses involved for portraying their roles perfectly and satisfyingly. I'm very much picky about the shows I want to watch, but this, this one is filed under "series so good, you've searched each cast's whereabouts".

Amazing bl drama . Great story all the emotions were presented greatly. Acting skills were aso very good 💯 . A perfect story everyone need . Its a perfect couple they live rent free in my heart 💗. I would love to suggest dis drama.. i wish i see them together in more series.. amazing drama loved it. I have watched many bl drama bt idk why bt i really liked this one. Its a peaceful a pure love story n complicated too. The story script was really good the last Twilight is a vibe to watch to cool down your mind . U can feel all emotions. A cute love story with lots of complications you always be surprised in every episode.

This is absolutely a masterpiece. You are missing out a lot if you haven't watched this yet. The acting Is a chef's kiss . The production, the staff , the director, the editors, the actors, cinematography,music production. Is brilliant.

I really hope people will start supporting this. Cause it deserves it .

It's not like those bl stories out their where it's all about love and stuff . This is about the hardships that is faced by disabled person , people who fears giving 2nd chance, people who wants to change their past decisions , it's about giving 2nd chances. Accepting the good and bad .

So I really hope this series gets the recognition it deserves soon and wins many awards .

I don't watch many BL dramas because I don't like most romance stories. They're a bit corny and unrealistic to me so I have to be in the mood for such a storyline but this one right here! When people are saying it's a masterpiece, they're not wrong. It really is a beautiful story and the writer really did research and connected a lot of key symbolism and things (idk I'm not all that artsy but even I could tell that this was true art).

Now I'll be comparing every BL to this, and they're already letting me down (sorry don't get the KinnPorshe hype at all).

Mhok is now on my list of dream guys that I wish were real, and the story is so beautiful that it is 1 of my 2 fav lakorns (the other is To the Moon and Back). I don't wrote reviews often but this is a great one.

P. S. I appreciate anyone who can let me know other dramas that I can watch (bl or not) who's story can come close to this one.

It's one of those rare ones that is very sweet and has a mostly natural, organic progression and there's tons of chemistry and the dialogues and scenes are creative and genuine and the actors really deliver and commit to the part and they make me believe it that I just wanna forgive the cliches and the tropes, because it uses a lot of them, but somehow it felt different. The locations and sets are also interesting and even beautiful sometimes.

Day and Mhok are fire in the first half of their story. It did however fall into the trap of silly and disingenuous obstacles that made it resemble so many other stories in the genre. And that's when the characters lost credibility for me and the dialogues were not strong enough to sell those choices, although god knows the actors really tried to.

Mhok deserved better. He would've made the same decision if Day wasn't blind I'm sure. That man had serious trauma from losing all his family. Hell, a lot of regular folk would make that decision, and it's not pity, it's choosing to be happy alongside the person you love. Just as a lot of them would choose money over love. He phrased it badly maybe but he should've made Day squirm the second time around. As much as Day hates being pitied and enabled because he is blind it's kind of what he expects people to do, to just go along with what he wants. Those last two and a half episodes were completely wasted. They were written badly. But again, I'll cut it some slack because of the great episodes before that. Night could have been explored more. The mom was underwritten, the dad plotline thrown in there without much thought, basically respect your elders, forgive them, they know better kind of preachiness. So yeah, I have complaints, but what you gonna do, I kind of finished this over four late nights.
