There's a great community and love between all of the cast in this one that makes it shine. Many can appreciate it by just feeling the on set love. This was a pleasant watch. Looking forward to the next chapters. The relatability got me and still had many parts that others can adhere to.
There were sentimental parts that one would understand and laugh with a pause and explanation why it's hilarious.
It's a show for like minded people that love movies and good shows along with quality artistry.
The way they own their characters is a beautiful way to see what one can do with a great team and love that hits. Definitely a choice watch here.

I'm 15 minutes into the first episode and I feel like I'm slightly transported back to Birdman (one of my favorite movies). Antonio Sánchez does his thing with the music, also the camera tracking seems to have the same style. I find it interesting that the series begins with so many iconic faces from cinema, it's something that makes film fans (like me) feel more familiar with what this new series proposes, at least it's quite different from the last Seth series I saw (Pam & Tommy). Maybe watching the first fifteen minutes doesn't merit posting a review but that's what I feel, this seems to be a good start, let's see what happens.
Seth Rogan plays as a new movie studio head in charge of film production for "Continental Studios." This show highlights the film making process and the behind the scenes chaos that occurs. Some episodes are better than others. A few laughs here and there but ultimately the film making education the audience gets with each episode is well worth the watch.
Although this is a comedy, I can imagine a lot of these episodes are inspired by real events or similar problems film makers go through. Seth Rogan does a great job with acting and casting people who sometimes play as themselves. If you like movies I think you'll find this show very interesting and eye opening.

The Studio is nothing short of a comedic masterclass. I went in expecting to laugh (it's Seth Rogen, after all), but I wasn't prepared for just how smart, layered, and downright brilliant this show would be. It's not just funny - it's clever. The kind of funny that sticks with you, with punchlines that land hard and then somehow keep echoing in your head days later.
The characters are instantly lovable, weirdly relatable, and played with such precision and charm that you forget they're actors - it feels like you're eavesdropping on real chaos. And the writing? Absolutely top-tier. Every episode zips by with whip-smart dialogue, hilarious set pieces, and a surprising amount of heart.
But what really blew me away was the direction. The pacing, the visual timing of the jokes, the stylish flourishes - it's clear this isn't just a funny show, it's a well-made one. Seth Rogen has crafted something that's not only hilarious but cinematic and fresh.
Hands down, one of the most original and entertaining comedies I've seen in ages. It's bold, it's brilliant, and it knows exactly what it's doing.

Other reviewers on point, Apple has done it again. I'm in desperate need of comedy, good comedy, and Apple has it. I binged watched 1st three episodes.
Thinking about the show as a metaphor for life and work. Some of us are always trying to please, make people feel good, avoid confrontation until it blows up...we also get to see an environment few of us live in and I relish the fast pace, scenery, sets, and antique cars. Outstanding cast, always loved Rogen, but Catherine O'Hara and Kathryn Hahn esp. Bring the explosive energy and grit. When I finished Shrinking I needed a new comedy, rewatched Schitt's Creek, doesn't disappoint, The Studio has it.
