There is really no words to describe this movie, such is the kind of impact this movie creates. After hours of watching it you will still think about this movie which keeps coming in between your thoughts. I am really wondering how come i have missed this movie for this many long years. At the end of the movie you will sure realize the importance of parents and you will feel like you want to, be with your parents at your native place. Hats off to everyone who are part of this movie. Special thanks to Director Thangarbachan and Producer A.S.Ganesan for this master piece. One person stands out among all the cast is actor Sathyaraj for his extraordinary acting.

One of greatest movie. It will definitely squeeze your eyes to fountain. For me it reminded my grandpa. A true life cycle(story) of typical Indian villager.

We are running somewhere fast, searching something.. not knowing where and why we are running! It is always good to keep in mind that we are mortal, and our death is inevitable.

If you chance to pass across the movie again, your mind will say not to watch but your heart will say 'watch it'.

First let me explain, why I gave 10 points to this movie. The main intention of this film is not to make money, not to make superiority prestige, not to make particular audience happy and not to prove this movie is great. The intention was just to give experience of one old man life, which gives you feel like you are watching real life in FILM. I am sure, who ever we calling as the revolutionary director in tamil cinema, they won't get guts to make movie like this. Director ThankarBachan avoided commercial elements intentionally, that is the one thing he became very tall from other so called best directors. This movie creates a correct grammar on how to make real movie. No extraordinary camera, no extraordinary location, no extraordinary diglogues, no extraordinary editing, no extraordinary crew but above all this movie is stands as real extraordinary movie. This is one real different treatment Thankar wants to make this movie ordinary in to extraordinary. This movie really teasing our so called good movies without any intention. Or may be, I am the one felt that. Thanks to ThankarBachan and I am waiting for his next movies. Sathyaraji did a great job as an actor.
