While the setup was interesting, the story goes no where. In fact, the ending leaves so many questions unanswered that I feel lost. What was the point of this film? Whatever.

This movie just plodded along aimlessly and ended with no resolution for the characters. What was the point?

If you like movies with pointless plots and undeveloped characters, this movie is for you. Otherwise don't waste your time; you'll be sorry you did just like I am.

The title is 'Hunter' and the book spoken about by Gavin and Carter is - The Heart is a Lonely Hunter.

Each character here wants to 'connect with another' yet we all keep a thin layer of ice between us because we fear being 'known'! Therefore in our own ways we deceive ourselves and others through various ways. Hopefully the hunting heart will discover that which is often right before us.

Certainly not the best acting nor production here. But the plot is honest and the message came across clearly to me. Why other reviews here missed it is a mystery to me.

Just did not like this movie. Did not like most of the characters. Yuck.
