Initially, two named actors were signed to work on the film. One of them was supposed to be the lead actor. Two weeks prior to filming, David Siracusa and Andrew Huff had to release those two actors due to creative differences. David Siracusa ended up taking over the lead role and Musetta Vander and Daniel Roebuck were brought in to solidify the cast.
Production was only pushed back by one week despite the disruption and change in talent.
The Uncivil War - America Divided was Writer, Executive Producer, Producer and lead actor, David Siracusa's, first full length feature film and was completed within his first year of entering the business.
Director of photography, Chris Mckechnie, created amazing visuals for the film. But since this film has redirected himself even further to God, focusing his career solely on Christian based films. He, and good friend and collaborator/Director, Andrew Huff, are in Tennessee now if you are looking to produce amazing Christian content.
The Uncivil War - America Divided was the first full length feature that Andrew Huff had directed. Executive Producer David Siracusa had found Andy online and selected him based on his incredible work that he had done on a short film about World War II. Andy won Best Director for the film at the New York Instanbul Film Festival.
