This film would have been better received if the writing was better. Decide who your villan is. Usually with a Scarecrow themed movie the killer scarecrow rises from the field after a spirit possess it. Here we have the worst i have ever seen, usually shown with exposed hands and in a few scenes eyes and the edge of a mask. So, real bad movie making, or demented human? But back to the vague Italian style writing its never disclosed.
Ok, house builder gets scammed by a subcontractor and takes a recon job from his bank to make some money. The job is an old farm house the bank repo'd after the owner vanished. They get they, the fun begins, blah blah, blah. The cast wasnt bad and worked well togeather, the location setting was perfect. Camera work and sound both good. Looks like everyone did what they could with a bad script. Less time on irrelevant dialog and more on background developing. I dont get why films like this get so close but no one has common sence. I'm not in the business but maybe i should be. However st the age of 64 do i want to develope a consultating business? It would appear these folks dont care about their reputation in the film industry.
