When Dave pours gasoline on the bloodstained couch in Robert Marley's trailer, in the next shot there is no blood on the couch.

When David meets Arnie in the Chinese restaurant, Arnie takes out a notebook. He opens it on the first page, with several ripped out pages. In the next scene, when he starts writing, the missing pages are gone and he is writing somewhere in the middle of the notebook. Later, the notebook is again shown with ripped out pages.

The handgun that Dave picks up at John's house is a Heckler & Koch USP. When David is confronted by Roger North, the handgun is a Sig Sauer P229.

When the Detective is shown loading his gun, the rounds in the box have no primers in the brass so they would never fire if used.

At around 1:27, the guy shot by Dr. Marconi (the one that attacks them with an ax) is breathing.

When the flashback happens while Dave and the detective are in the trailer, it shows the detective loading revolver ammunition into an automatic pistol. The semi automatic ammunition has a notch around the casing at the bottom of the rim that is used to eject the round fired by a semi automatic pistol. Revolver ammunition has no notch. Just a wider diameter rim the that stops the round when inserted into the revolver cylinder.
