It's more about drama and thier problems than about selling homes!!! Please cancel this already! Why do black women always have to fight and create drama among one another? No need for this!

I was really ready to see some black women kicka$$ and do business but it's only gotten more disappointing with each episode. This show is 90% fumbling the bag and petty gossip/bickering. The other 10% is showing off beautiful Tampa and the women's bodies. How is this empowering at all?

So cute ladies but I didn't notice anything really being "sold" on "SELLING Tampa". And as far as the main character is concerned she sets THE worst example for other women to follow. And the rest of the agents seem way more into being sexy then selling properties. Maybe they're actually selling other things too.

It's awful!!! The real estate in this show is a joke, not because of the price point, or the properties themselves. It's because of how these women handle themselves. It's so unprofessional, it's cringe. Nothing like Selling Sunset.

Living in Tampa, I was looking forward to a realty (NOT "reality") show highlighting the beautiful homes nearby. Instead, I got a mix of "Million Dollar Listing"; with another "Real Housewives" (and I do NOT mean that in a good way).
I barely made it through the first episode, then I had to fast forward to the homes in the second episode just to get through it. (It seems the ratio is 15% of the show is actually about the properties, then 85% is focused on made-for-TV drama) Needless to say, I didn't bother with anything beyond the 2nd episode.

The acting is really good in this but I just can't get past another back stabbing reality show. If you can separate this show from Selling Sunset it might do pretty well. I would have liked to see more of the selling part and less go out and have drinks and lunch thing but that's just me. Give the show a chance but it's just not for me.

The cattiness is definitely there. I like it so far, it just seems like an extension of the series Love & Hip Hop Miami. It's a new show so, viewers need to give them a chance to sell realty. I truly have hopes that this series is successful.

HECK. Who would want to buy a house from these totally annoying people? The show just gives me a headache listening to them all. It's not entertaining, and sure makes me never want to buy a house in Florida. It's like they just wanted to be put on tv to try and make more money selling houses but it backfired.

I love real estate shows, but this is more like a reality drama show. The broker is everything a leader should NOT be - she's unprofessional, authoritarian, and treats some of the agents quite poorly. And not actually talking to them about changing commission splits? Come on. And some of the others are just too overly dramatic - we just bought a house and if our realtor had acted like some of these ladies we would have gotten another realtor in a heartbeat. Act professional.
I'm team Rena for sure though - and Anne and Colony (even if she is a flirt) - those ladies are the worker bees. Would love to see Rena leading her own business with those two - she's class all the way.

So if you were looking strictly for house selling. You want to skip this.
To me, this had a perfect blend of showing luxury lifestyle, drama, and selling houses. All surrounded by a diverse range of beautiful black women.
However, it doesn't feel complete, like I didn't know a reality tv series can have such a cliffhanger. I won't spoil, but certain things felt unresolved.

Of course some biased weirdo would come on here to say this is ghetto. How could you conveniently ignore/disregard the sunset ladies' plot to ostracize the newbie only five minutes into the first episode, but claim that you couldn't get through an episode of this? What exactly makes this ghetto, Aw does the rich melanin offend you? Probably came to give a 1 star review because how dare we see some successful black women on a TV show, right? *eyerolllll*

So I loved Selling Sunset, and I expected this show to be the same. Selling Tampa is more drama centered and literally the whole season I didn't see one deal close. NONE. It's infuriating just watching agents sit around, talk about drama, not even go out to see houses. I'm starting to question how those agents got their licenses. All they tell the client is "I can see you in this home." Can y'all please make more Selling Sunset episodes? PLEASE. Those agents are more focused in selling and have bigger connections. No disrespect to Allure but seriously those agents need to show more business and less outings to restaurants.

I can barely get through the first episode. I thought this was about selling homes but apparently it's not. They are already doing the most and Anne wants to be the shows bougie bad girl so badly. Over the top and pretentious for no reason. If they wanted another phony Housewives franchise then just say that. Sigh.

As a black real estate agent, I love to support other POC's in the position. However, this show sucks!!!It's more drama than real estate, which I get being a reality TV show, but it lacks any actual substance. It's a lot more drama than real estate! Do you all actually sell real estate or just film a mediocre TV show? It's literally like watching the basketball wives rejects. I literally play this for my dog while I'm at work; However, I do like Rena, and thinks she deserves a spin-off I would actually like.

I absolutely loved Selling Sunset on Netflix, everything about it was so good not over the top and loved the actors. Im sorry but I honestly found this Selling Tampa to be so corny and bad acting, I couldn't even get through the first episode.

Manufactured beyond belief, I'm highly doubtful apart from the boss that anyone is a broker.
More drinks and meals out rather than doing the job of selling houses.

I like it. If y'all wanted to watch houses being sold go to tlc for that. The show is a drama show. Y'all hate on it because it is black successful women making it for their own and do it graciously. Because last time I checked selling sunset is the same. The show is nice all the women are strong powered people so they clash into each other sometimes. But even though they do not all like each other they all help each other grow and better themselves.

After Selling Sunset was becoming such a bore (how many times can you repeat the same drama), I was in two minds about watching this show. However, it turned out to be okay. I do think there could have been more "selling" involved, as the name depicts but it's refreshing compared to selling sunset.

Not what I was hoping for. Not interesting at all. They could've done more with the show. Less drama more houses and selling. People watch real estate shows to hear as bout real estate not the latest divorce. Boring.

Not worth it - Dont bother watching this just stick too watching Selling sunset. There all beautiful ladies and successful but it just didn't have the same vibe the original season does. I hope they don't bring back a season 2.

Almost zero real estate content. Couldn't be more disappointed with such representation of "working women". Even if they do work and not only dress up and gossip it wasn't shown in series like at all) Also a very bad boss and a very unhealthy atmosphere in the work team. This show like highlighted and proofed all the major bad stereotypes about women on work and I feel so ashamed and stressed about it.
