I assume you mean the part where Fischer captures Spassky's H1 pawn with his bishop which trapped his Bishop thus loosing the game by resigning. After Fischer makes his move and shocks everyone including Spassky himself. He moves his pawn up one and only the does Fischer realize the horrible mistake he made. He then moves closer to Bobby and says one of his only two english lines in the whole film "You don't look well Robert James."

While one may think he is baffled and actually being sincere to Fischer. The way the comment comes off and how Fischer reacts point to the fact that Spassky was taunting Fischer saying he made a terrible move thus he didn't look well at his possible moves, adding to the insult was the use of his first and middle name.

In reality this never happened. Spassky and Fischer never once communicated during a match and in these types of matches talking is strictly prohibited. Such a comment could get Spassky not only a warning but even penalized such as time off of his clock or in serious cases forfeited. The real Spassky was known to be a gentleman even Fischer who was know for his anti-Russian/communist views respected Boris Spassky. The only time Spassky would make such a comment would be if he was seriously concerned for Fischer's wellbeing such as if Fischer looked ill or unwell. Even then he likely would not have directed the comment at Fischer himself. He likely would have either waited for Fischer to complain himself or if it was that serious he would let the Arbiter know that his opponent looks ill and the Arbiter would have dealt with the situation from there.
