Takt Op Destiny had marvellous animation, but a weak storyline with loose ends.

The initial couple of episodes hooked me in with it's premise, however as and when the episodes progressed, Takt Op felt like slowing down with not much story to tell.

There were 2 things worth a praise in this 12 episode musical original anime. The first is the animation done by Madhouse and MAPPA which is undoubtedly one of the best animation of 2021. The second is the amazing soundtrack with catchy OP and ED as well.

Takt Op is an example of what looks good outside isn't always the same on the inside. The strength of animation was dragged down by inconsistent story and an even more disappointing finale. To summarise, Takt Op had great potential but turned out to be just an okay anime.

My Rating : 6/10.

The animation is great. I think this anime will bring us a spectacular end of year.

This anime have very good animation in fight scenes. But story and characters are weak. Characters are emotionless. And poor dialogues.villians are also very weak and boring. They fight for no reason.only plus point of this anime is fight scene animation. Honestly fight scene have the best animation. This anime is not binge worth.

From the animation standpoint, this anime is truly is solid, no corners were cut. However, I can't say that about the story and the way it was told after watching the first season.

The villains are just terrible. Very shallow clichés, who, it seems, can teleport themselves anywhere the plot needs them just to cause MCs trouble and annoy the viewers by putting their lack of any depth or original personality on display. Frankly, I just find them hardly plausible, if you know what I mean.

Next, the story. Aside from fighting aliens or having to tolerate the few villains, nothing much is going on. It's just uneventful and doesn't leave you invested enough.

The MC's are, well, okay, but easily forgettable.

All in all, I'd say animation is the only quality feature of this anime. My wife left me alone in the TV room midway, and even I rolled my eyes more often than I would've wanted to while watching this.

Am in second episode. I love the animation because it truly is beautiful but you are telling me that one moment the guy is just shy and the next moment he is out there killing those things like he has been doing it for ages? I hope they don't this for every character or fight because it will be an anime carried by the animation only.

The animation and the soundtracks looks amazing . And The story is interesting in my opinion.

This is one of my new favorite shows.

The animations are really good and the musical fights are one of a kind.

I love the story so far (ep.7) and the emotions involved.

Can't pin it, it's random seriously, 1 man taking the faith of the world into his own hands, nd behold it ended poorly cause despite the so called action everything bikes sheen to music.

The story makes some sense, plot was really bad. Random kissing scenes The end has no meaning and explanation. Wouldn't recommend this anime to any new watchers cause its boring af.

Takt Op. Destiny is absolutely insane, and it's crazy how good it is once you give it a chance. I'll admit, it starts off a little slow and might even feel a bit boring at first, but as you keep watching, you'll find yourself falling in love with it. The characters, the music theme, and the beautifully animated fights are all so captivating. It's a shame, though, that so many people hate on it just because of the ending-it's kinda sad seeing it get so much backlash for that. What's even worse is knowing there won't be a season 2. Turns out, the whole thing was just an elaborate ad for the Takt Op game. Such a waste of potential.

After the first episodes, I began to have high expectations for this series. Everything was at a high level. Perfect animation, good music and great narration. What could have gone wrong? This very pleasantly promising story turned out to be reduced to simple, predictable solutions. It doesn't change the fact that the series is nice to watch but it could be better. Same with the ending. It's just not that exciting. Despite everything, it's still pretty pleasurable to watch. I recommend it.

The in-media-res pilot was a bit too confusing but looked great, the characters had character and the people who made this understand what jokes are and how to do them. The show going back in time out of nowhere with ep 2 onwards confused me more than it should have, the animation dropped down from to top of the line to above average at best and the plot & cast ended up having little to say for themselves so I stop after ep 5. I looked up the ending. It´s terrible so I dropped my score down by one to a 5/10.

Loved the first episode! Original idea, great animation and amazing music. So far i'm really into this.

For an anime backed by two of the industry's best studios, MAPPA and Madhouse, the animation is shockingly mediocre. It starts off decent in the first few episodes, but quickly nosedives into blandness. Once the flashy visuals fade, all that's left is a painfully boring and horribly written plot that can't carry the show whatsoever. The story is an incoherent mess, relying too much on the initial animation to keep viewers hooked. Without that, it's nothing more than a disaster. Honestly, it's a complete waste of talent from both studios and an insult to their reputations. They should have had a consistent animation quality.

The great things about this anime are beautiful character design and animations (although they're awkward in several episodes) and the music. They are attractive enough to keep me watching until the end.

The bad things about this anime properly are the storytelling and mediocre plot. The three last episodes was a bit too hazy and I could not really understand what's was really going on. Some stories and mysteries has not yet been solved, for example, the death of Takt's father. There was hardly any development in characters and the villains were not proved to be dangerous. And the ending did not make up for any of them :)

I rate this 8/10 'cause I truly love the opening song and the character design and some fighting scenes :))

One day a black meteorite fell on the world, and the world completely changed. The meteorite produced grotesque monsters called D2, which started running rampant. D2 very quickly banned all music, which was the one thing able to overcome them. But there were some people who resisted the D2. They are young women who hold the power of music, the "Musicart." These young women hold "scores" that are able to defeat the monsters. And there are also people who lead these women, the Conductor.

For what it's worth I thought the series was decent for its plot animation and characters.

If you are into music animes with action you might like this.

Just watched the first episode and it's one of the best starts I have ever seen. Lovely characters, a nice plot, beautiful music and stunning animation. Definitely a must-watch.

I've watched a good amount of animes but this one is ABSOLUTELY my favourite. The animation is amazing and the plot in my opinion is great. If you have the opportunity you should definitely watch it.

Takt op really captures a lot in the 8 episodes already released. With the first episode being an introduction, and the second throwing us directly into origins, it really captures you from the moment you see it. I would recommend. 10/10.

The nest anime ever... eveyone was saying last scen could be better but for me ot was best....of go in depth of the story tgan u can understand the end better...still 10/10 ❤❤❤
