Doctor Doom's Superior Avengers are in the middle of the fight of their lives, and it is hard to imagine all of them surviving it.

Superior Avengers #5 drops readers into the middle of Birnin Zana, the bright and shining capital city of Wakanda. Unfortunately, as of now, Birnin Zana is overrun by a massive Annihilation Wave, one that the Superior Avengers themselves helped to unleash. The fact that their plan is going better than they had hoped could very well be their downfall, especially if they can't see it through before Annihilus himself eradicates them all.

The "Bring on the Bad Guys" series of connected one-shots is designed to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the iconic trade paperback collection, Bring on the Bad Guys, that was part of Marvel's legendary era of Fireside books. Tim Roth’s next movie featuring a Shōgun star just got a thrilling new look. Roth has been set to play the lead role in Tornado, the upcoming action thriller that also stars Takehiro Hira alongside Game of Thrones veteran Rory McCann, who is famed for playing The Hound in the HBO series. Collider is thrilled to partner with IFC Films to unveil the first exclusive trailer for Tornado, which premiered at the Glasgow Film Festival in February. In addition to Roth, Hira, and McCann, Jack Lowden and Kōki, have also been set for roles in Tornado, which is a thriller coming from writer/director John Maclean. Maclean made his feature debut in Slow West, the 2015 R-rated Western thriller starring Kodi Smit-McPhee opposite Caren Pistorius.

When Tim Roth was first approached to co-star inGridlock’d(1997), he was hesitant about working with Tupac Shakur.

According to THR, in a recent discussion at Luxembourg City Film Fest, Roth revealed the journey that ultimately led to him acting alongside legendary music and film icon Tupac. The film, a crime comedy directed by Vondie Curtis-Hall, follows two heroin addicts, Spoon (Tupac) and Stretch (Roth), as they navigate a bureaucratic nightmare while trying to enter rehab. Westworld actress Melanie Thandiwe Newton also starred in the film. Initially, Laurence Fishburne was set to star in the film, and Roth was eager to work with him. But after Fishburne dropped out, Roth was informed that a rapper would be taking his place—an idea he immediately rejected.

Harrison Ford's Red Hulk has enough potential to be a recurring character after his introduction in Captain America: Brave New World, unlike many other MCU villains. Thaddeus Ross' MCU story took a while to reach its climax. Ross' journey began in 2008's The Incredible Hulk, was put on hold until 2016's Captain America: Civil War, and briefly resumed in 2021's Black Widow before Red Hulk appears on the scene in 2025's Captain America: Brave New World. In retrospect, Thaddeus Ross' transformation into Red Hulk may have been inevitable despite Hulk's lack of a solo movie and Ross' required recasting following William Hurt's passing.

Ross sides with the Leader and the Intelligencia to transform into the Red Hulk in the comics, but that doesn't seem to be the case in Captain America: Brave New World. Instead, Harrison Ford's President Ross appears to be an involuntary guinea pig for the Leader's experiments.

Thanks to She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, audiences once again got to see the return of Tim Roth as the Hulk villain, Abomination. Only this time, instead of facing Edward Norton’s Hulk, Roth battled against Mark Ruffalo’s Smart Hulk. And surprisingly, people believe that Norton’s green giant is far more powerful than Ruffalo’s smart one.

A debate originated on X after netizens compared images from The Incredible Hulk (2008) and the Marvel show She-Hulk: Attorney At Law where Abomination fought the two different variants of Hulk. And according to snippets shared online, fans believe that while Mark Ruffalo’s Smart Hulk struggled to fight off Tim Roth’s character, Edward Norton managed to take him down with ease.

There have been rumours about a World War Hulk (or World War Hulks) movie for at least the past couple of years. Recently, we heard that the plan now is for Mark Ruffalo's Smart Hulk to evolve into the villainous Maestro, potentially giving that movie its big bad.

Throw in the fact we've recently met She-Hulk and The Leader's role in President Ross becoming Red Hulk in next year's Captain America: Brave New World - oh, and Abomination's trip to Kamar Taj - and there are enough players on the board to make this event a reality.

Of course, there are always more Hulks.

Not all MCU films have done exceptionally well at the box office, but that does not mean that they are bad. Some low-grossing MCU films like Eternals and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania have lessons for Marvel to learn from for future movies. Iron Man may not be a top-grossing MCU film, but it remains one of the franchise's best due to its impact and quality.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe has released 34 films since the first Iron Man, and even though some of them did not do amazing numbers at the box office, that does not mean they are bad. With a franchise as big and long-lasting as the MCU, there are bound to be films that connect with audiences on a huge level that others simply cannot. Some of the McU's best movies, like Avengers: Endgame and Spider-Man: No Way Home, turned out to be box office giants.

However, fans are hoping to get another iteration of the fight come Avengers: Secret Wars, given the tons of cameos that are expected to be a part of the film from Marvel Legacy characters.

Thunderbolts* title was made more intriguing when an asterisk, a symbol hinting at unseen information, was added. The asterisk could link to the unseen, secretive nature of Val, whose motivations and goals in the MCU are unclear as of yet. Val's deception could destroy the team before it begins, as an evil leader could see their perception worsened in the MCU.

One of the more prevalent updates surrounding Thunderbolts* was the addition of an asterisk to the MCU movie's title, and I think I know what it means. In terms of excitement level, I have found myself to be anticipating Thunderbolts* more than most others. When the Thunderbolts' MCU team members were announced, many criticized the lack of power due to the absence of Red Hulk or Abomination, while I found myself excited to see characters like Bucky Barnes, Yelena Belova, and John Walker interacting on-screen in the upcoming MCU movie.

Ty Burrell's Dr. Leonard Samson is an important Hulk enemy and ally in the comics, but he has been surprisingly absent from the MCU since his introduction in The Incredible Hulk. In the comics, Doc Samson uses part of Hulk's Gamma energy to gain similar abilities, and he also helps Thaddeus Ross and Betty Ross transform into Red Hulk and Harpy. The rest of The Incredible Hulk's main characters have returned in recent MCU projects, including Thaddeus Ross in Captain America: Civil War and Abomination in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law. Betty Ross, her father, and Samuel Sterns are set to return in Captain America: Brave New World.

Every major character in The Incredible Hulk has returned in recent MCU projects, which makes one standout absence all the more puzzling. In the McU's early days, The Incredible Hulk struggled to make the same impact as Iron Man, but it did help launch Phase 1 successfully.

Edward Norton’s The Incredible Hulk was not as bad of a movie, nor was Norton a bad Hulk. In fact, many Marvel fans would love to have him as the Green Goliath instead of MCU’s Mark Ruffalo. Since the past decade, fans have been wanting to see more of the meaner and scarier Hulk instead of Ruffalo’s toned-down, friendlier version that we got in recent years.

This month, Goredrome Pictures have announced the release of The Wind, the 1986 American slasher film directed by Nico Mastorakis (Island of Death), the extreme film Trypophobic Possession about trypophobia and Visions of Filth, the sixth film of the Abomination Collection series.

All of them are already available for pre-order on Goredrome Pictures and TetroVideo official websites together with the new edition with 2 discs of the 1987 Italian cult film Cross of the Seven Jewels (aka La croce dalle sette pietre) by Eddy Endolf.

The Wind (aka The Edge of Terror)

The Wind (aka The Edge of Terror) is a film with a number of genre influences and is co-written, produced and directed by Nico Mastorakis. It stars Meg Foster, Wings Hauser, Robert Morley and David McCallum and the story follows Sian Anderson, a famous mystery author who is under attack by an assailant during a windy night in Monemvasia in Greece.

Emil Blonsky/Abomination returned after over a decade's absence in She-Hulk, setting up potential appearances in upcoming projects like Doctor Strange 3 and Thunderbolts. Thaddeus Ross will appear in Captain America: Brave New World as the President of the United States, and may also join the Thunderbolts given Marvel Comics' Red Hulk storyline. Loki's complex character arc and crucial role in the multiverse make his return to the MCU essential after his Loki series, while Justin Hammer could return in the upcoming Armor Wars movie.

Phase 1 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe ended 12 years ago, yet there are still four villains whose fates are left unknown. When watching the Marvel movies in release order, Phase 1 consists of six movies. These six projects are often regarded among the highest-ranked MCU movies, primarily due to their centrality in catapulting the franchise into the period of dominance it sustained throughout much of the 2010s.

Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige wasn’t initially on board with casting one Incredible Hulk star.

She-Hulk delivered some major casting inclusions from across the MCU by featuring Tim Roth’s Abomination, Benedict Wong’s Wong, and Charlie Cox’s Daredevil across its nine episodes.

Roth’s return as Abomination was a particularly surprising inclusion, as this was only his second MCU entry since 2008, and the first since his short appearance in 2021’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.
