In my humble opinion, the actors were so bad that I believed they were ex porn stars who wanted to go legitimate. I honestly feel they should either go back to porn or find a different line of work.

The story line had potential for an average B movie, but it just never felt realistic. The "Bad Guys" were more humorous than vicious. The "Good Guys" were questionable and not very likable.

If you have nothing better to do it is a slightly entertaining way to kill some time.

Kind of campy. Kind of cheesy. I can't think of anything else to say about the movie.

I think I will go to bed. Nighty night!

They sort of explained the ending, but it was so blah and indefinite that it really did not seem like an ending.

There was lots of good violence and a semblance of a storyline. Decent way to kill some time, but not earth shattering.

It started with good character development on the main character and introduced his character flaw well. They did not spend a great deal of time on a well flushed out character background so I would say that the emphasis of this action movie was on the action. There were parts of the action that were unique which made that a bit more interesting. Had they spent just a little more effort on the ending it could have been a fair bit better.

This movie was a giant waste of time. The acting is so bad you'll question turning it off before you reach the midway point. It's one thing if the story is bad but the acting is good but this movie the acting is terrible and the story absolutely sucks. It's slow, pointless, with no real attachment to keep you interested. I thought with Kellan Lutz in it, it would be somewhat decent but nope. And for us to believe that Pedro is a cop, gtfoh. If you get to watch this movie for free, then by all means, waste your time. But if you choose to pay for this dumpster fire, then don't come on here and say you didn't get a warning. This is your warning. Hard pass.....

As bad as it gets. Disjointed, amateur actors, non existent script. Flips around to different time periods. So confusing and silly. The casting is just so bizarre. It's so bad it's surreal. The detective on the case is so poorly cast. And you will have no idea what he's doing. It's difficult to find the number of pejoratives I need to fill this review and get it published. Nothing is clear as far as who the main characters are or why they do what they do. Most things they do are just to move the silly inconsequential plot along. Just so bad. I will say it's pretty well filmed which is a true waste of money and video tape. I really wonder what the producers were thinking in funding this nonsense. I also blame Comcast for streaming this junk. I think this review is long enough to get published. Yeah! Please do me a solid and don't watch this. Picking the lint out of your ear is far more exciting.

I love vigilante movies even mediocre ones but this was bargain basement. Only Jeff Fahey was passable.

There was ZERO ACTION in this, just exposition. It was 95 minutes bet felt longer than Gone With The Wind.

And Pedro from Napoleon Dynamite as a tough detective? Come on ... He was unwatchable. Jon Heder would have been more believable.

How a no talent hack like Lutz has a career is beyond me. He is an embarrassment in everything he is in. I'd rather watch that awful Hercules movie he was in than this POS. He speaks in a monotone throughout the entire movie. This is bad even for a free Tubi movie.

This is the number 8 movie this week Prime says.... Wow. People must be desperate! I started watching and realized immediately that this drivel wasn't going to cut it and decided not to waste my time. I'm so sick of bad movies. What is going on? I even like bad movies sometimes but they have to have at least one redeeming quality and sadly this doesn't have any. I was at work and bored out of my mind and decided to look into this as the trailer looked decent. I like revenge stuff. I like action and thought it'd be all in good fun. Then the actors began speaking and I realized it's like a bad Lifetime movie, yet even worse. These so called actors are absolutely terrible! 😞 DNF.

Keep my attention. The bad guys all get smoked. Even has a good guy cop. A confusing end with all of us getting zippo on what happened.

It's FREE, people! Head to Amazon and enjoy an okay entertainment film. Action is good. Jeff Fahey did a good job. Not of it is original or surprising and the lead is not Jack Reacher. I still would add this to your action and adventure watch list.

The story follows Max, a former marine turned lawyer, whose life is crushed when his wife is murdered and his daughter is kidnapped by a criminal gang. His military background serves him well. It is all about revenge.

I don't often write reviews, but this stinking pile stuck with me so persistently that I'm hoping writing about it will help exorcise it. It's like I stepped in something on the street and this is my attempt to scrape it off my shoe.

Everything about it is terrible! The acting is awful. The script, directing and editing are even worse. It's an action movie without any action, and forget any enjoyable dialogue! It's long, slow, boring and confusing. It doesn't have a single redeeming feature!

Usually there's something in even the worst movie that justifies its existence. Not this one. Usually you can say 'well, the dialogue was bad, but at least the fight scenes had some punch' but no. The dialogue is slow and clunky, AND there isn't even the catharsis of a single actual fight scene! (There's a token gesture once or twice, and certainly some deaths, but nothing that comes close to qualifying for the term "fight") Or someone might say 'the acting wasn't great but the plot was engaging'. Not even close. The only actor whose performance was decent was Fahey as Ellis (though Ramirez as Santiago has potential, it certainly wasn't realized here), and the plot was a mishmash of thrown together garbage.

The only reason I stuck it out was for the hope that there would be some resolution, but there wasn't even that! Yes the bad guys die, but we never find out what actually happened to Max's daughter and Max's transition from a decent oaf with a TBI to an implacable but still not very smart vigilante is completely left to your imagination, even if the motive is obvious enough. And yes, that last sentence could be viewed as spoilers, but I figure anything I can do to save others from any more contact with this sticky stinking piece of garbage than absolutely necessary, is a public service.

Wish I had read some of these reviews before watching this movie. I could have saved myself a couple of hours of disappointment. The movie is so lame, not even B grade. The casting must have been done by Stevie Wonder as the criminal gangs lack any credibility or fear factor, the most unintimidating crooks I have seen in any movie in my life. The fact that the lead cop in the movie is Pedro from Napoleon Dynamite suggests maybe suggests the person casting had a sense of humour, but the only joke is how bad the movie is, the acting is amateurish, and the script lacks any credibility, there is no real suspense, no memorable moments. You walk away thankful that its over and it is not one you will watch again.

Holy crap this movie is funny by accident. If you like bad cinema and can pick up easily on mistakes and obvious signs of low budget and lack of talent - this movie is kind of a blast. I could def see this ending up on best of the worst type lists eventually, but prob not just because nobody knows about it.

The plot makes no sense, lines of dialogue are up front and explain what a character is thinking or about to do, the vampire from twilight who carried around plastic bags full of eggs for no reason is a buff ex army lawyer, explosions look like plug-in after effects anyone can do, they say things like 'oh no are you having another brain zap', pedro from Napoleon dynamite starts having noir style narration then just stops, and this is like if Neil Breen made an action movie with nicer cameras than he usually has.

We found ourselves cracking up regularly at what was happening- the effects, the acting, the lines of dialogue being spoken that were apparently not jokes, etc.

Don't waste your time on this budget rubbish. The acting is awful, the script is awful and the director should get a job in McDonalds. Jeff Fahey must have needed a payday to be involved. Films like this are why I have cancelled Amazon Prime. For every decent film there are a hundred like this rubbish. The film doesn't even make sense and leaves loads of unanswered questions. The effects are pathetic - I could do better on a bad day using windows 3.1. The sound quality is also poor not helped by that modern trend of mumbling actors. Directors can make a real difference to such things but in this case the Director seems to have been absent throughout.

Literally the worst movie EVER! I don't leave reviews, but I had to for this one! I kept waiting for something to happen and it never did! It's like the editing staff took all of the bad takes out to trash them but mistakenly trashed the wrong file! Zero plot, the acting was HORRIBLE, the story line was everywhere and yet absolutely no where, it was so slow! There isn't one thing about this movie that I would call redeeming! It's too bad, I like Kellan Lutz, but I will be far more discerning with the movies I watch going forward. I know that there was a writers strike prior to the release of this, but this is one that should have been passed over!

I'm serious, I could not turn the movie off. The only reason I watched the whole thing was I couldn't find the remote.

Rumor has it the director wanted to shoot every scene in one take. He did a great job, no second chance for these guys.

This show looks like they wrote it on Friday night, filmed it Saturday morning, and finished the editing on Sunday just in time for breakfast.

I would say the best part of the film was the credits, but it was actually when my dog stepped on the remote and turned off the tv. He's the real hero for finding that remote control.

I would like to say this movie was entertaining, but it's not nice to lie.

No pun intended - some things are past their time and prime ... just have run out of any validation of sort I reckon. On the other hand, if you are into low budget action movies and/or like one or more actors involved in this ... you may have other feelings than most that watched this. And I for one am happy for you.

That said, I can't concentrate on a "fringe" group, but have to decide what this means for a larger group of people. Even the ending that is quite cringe worthy ... well the end "confrontation" that is ... counter climactic ... and really not helping its own case at all. Acting is ok though ... which cannot be said about the paper thing story (and I may even adding layers here) ...

Not really sure why it was so panned by others - yes it was not great but it was OK - story and characters seen a hundred times before, a few double takes on the script/plot but what the hell I have seen way worse movies with multi-million dollar budgets with much bigger holes in the plot, worse acting, worse lines - you name it.

Overall - same sort of plot/quality etc as the punisher/dark man (yes I know DM is a bit scifi but it is still essentially the same movie) both of which managed to gain over 6 ratings on imdb so really not sure why this was disliked so much - those two were much the same and even got follow up movies/TV series as well!
