Crescer é Muito Chato

Annie (Cree) accidentally takes her mother (Ashley Judd)'s laptop on her trip to visit her father in New Jersey. She video-calls her friends, Lindsey (Emily Skinner) and Trinity (Kylee Russell). She realizes that she can use the laptop to impersonate her mother for her own benefit. She uses her new power to reunite her divorced parents.

This is one of those computer screen movies. The problem is that it's a teen girl on the computer and it feels very superficial. When it tries to get serious, one has to ignore the teen girl vibe, but the cheese is never that far away. I am still not sure about computer screen movies in general. It has great limitations cinematically. Comedic timing feels off and general staging is restricted. The parent trap story is usually a comedy. I did not laugh once.

Might be a good idea to Google cheezbud as he's a real person... and not exactly happy with how his name is being used, especially on something like this, permission would have been nice but I'm guessing no one cared to check into this at all... after all it's his branding in multiple places, also never watched this but saw the name pop up so thought to say something just in case as its only fair to anyone involved and the name used, other than that this review is pretty damn pointless but hey good ratings you got there and no I'm not sorry and hope you enjoyed profiting from a real person on this planet.
