I'm going to be drawing some comparisons from CS:GO for this review because that's what this game is trying to be.

This point might have been debunked, I'm honestly not sure, but Riot's Vanguard has full rights to your computer and can do basically anything to it. Vanguard is always running unless you tell it to quit, which will need a restart if you wish to play again. This becomes an issue if a hacker manages to get into Riot's database. Be aware of this before installing incase you have any sensitive files that need to be protected.

Now, how I feel about the gameplay. I think this game has a lot of issues. While it is fairly balanced in it's characters, much more than a game like Overwatch, the game suffers from poor gunplay, movement, and map design. The gunplay is rather clunky because the spray is pretty random and unpredictable, unlike CS:GO where skill determines how well you handle recoil and spray. If you move just a little while using a rifle or an awp even while crouching, the spray is random. Gun damage makes little to no sense. 3 shots from an AK-47 to the body does not kill but one shot to the head from a revolver is an instant kill. Movement is definitely not as snappy as it should be, and bunnyhopping is too easy.

The map design is quite bad. There are so many angles and random spots that someone can be or hold. So simple but so problematic. This way, you can play in a "dumb" manner and be rewarded for this. I feel that CS:GO is better in map design by a lot, at least with maps like Inferno and Mirage.

I would also like to make a point about abilities. Mostly flashbangs. Many of the flashbang abilities in this game are overpowered. You have little to no time to react, and they can be spammed. Sometimes an ultimate from Brimstone or Viper can easily win the match with little to no risk or skill required.

I will say I enjoy this game with friends, otherwise I would not play it at all. I'm not sure how many hours I have as Riot doesn't include that as a feature as far as I know, but I played most in the beta and this review is a product of how I feel now.

I hope that my review is in some ways helpful. This game is not bad but it is not good. It does not accomplish what it is trying to be and therefore gets a 6 from me.

The game is advertised as this fast paced, her action shooter with unique abilities. Although the harsh reality is it's a disappointment of a game. The game play is weak, rounds lasting up to 5 mins 13 rounds to win EACH MATCH. Yes exactly, you can't imagine how draining that must be for such a slow pased shooter. Not only that, in fast paced shooters it's all about actions and combos, but in this game they insist that pre aiming and being extremely precise is the way to be the best. Definitely not my favorite game, if you want action play overwatch instead of this mess.

The artists did a really good job on visuals, UI, voice acting, animations and customizations. But the game itself is like a CS:GO mod with terribly designed abilities.

The gameplay is a mess, it's clunky, it feels very slow, the shooting and movement mechanics are outdated and missing modern features, like vaulting, climbing, sprinting. Although the visual artwork is great, the game tries to run on all PC's that run CS:GO, so everything looks flat and low poly, especially the environment.

And the microtransactions, they are very expensive, and they sell skins, their animations and variants separately. The season pass has very low value imo, the skins there are very tamed compared to overpriced premium skins in the shop. And as of this moment, there are no character skins in the game, just weapon skins, animations and sprays.

Devs are constantly updating the game with new skins, but new maps and characters drop very slowly. Even when I liked it, it was boring.

I hate this game the passes suck the guns just why the gameplay the maps everything about this game I don't like the abilities are kinda cool that is really it.

Its the trend now, dont compare it to a dead infested with cheaters gambling game. Atleast this game has decency

Such a good game. It's fun and kid friendly. No nudity which is great so my kid can play. It's a great 5vs5 game.

Valorant is a really good game and a really bad one at the same time, for now in 2020 and 2021 it is the best of PS games like CSGO you can play on the market, I got a combination of two games CSGO and overwatch, you can agree and disagree with this point that's fine, but I feel the The spraying while walking it's kind of over powered in this game press super enjoyable to play with your friends even though you're getting hit shot by a Walking man , I honestly recommend people to play this game but be patient with it to learn the game you need to have patience because the game my piss you off.

This game has too many mistakes that make it more irritating to play, the community is the most disgusting and toxic, better play CSGO, that community is not so rotten and the game is better.

1 year since the release, this game has proven itself to be the best. Active updates and very few hackers seen in the game. On top of that, it's FREE to play.

I always liked the look of CSGO and was a fan of overwatch and Destiny 2 So the trailer made this game look like the perfect mix.

Gunplay is Clunky and boring, every gun feels super unreliable, like the winner of a gunfight is usually whoever isn't looking the other way or has better RNG. Absolutely awful movement with a mechanic that slows your movement speed by 70% for getting shot, basically removing all chance of dodging even on the movement characters using abilities its just impossible. Speaking of, most abilities can feel just so weak I have to consider even buying or using them. Many abilities that are meant to be used or do better mid fight often get me killed because I go to use it at the same moment my enemy peeks, while this can be my fault from just poor planning there are countless moments where im just being punished for trying to play the game.

The only map I enjoyed was removed, Skill based matchmaking just doesn't seem to exist as the quality of team mates is never the same. This wouldn't be a huge issue if it was at least consistent across the teams. Its okay for the game to put me in a game where the average skill level is a bit higher or lower than my own for the sake of queue times, but for god's sake make it even on each team so that the game is decided before anyone's even picked a character. I have never before seen a "team game" where teamwork is basically optional to win. You have to hard carry to rank up. I cannot tell you the amount of times I have had to hard carry against players way above me in skill level with a team full of seemingly brand new players who dont even have audio turned on, and yes this is both unrated and competitive.

Maybe I'm being to harsh on a free game, I mean the developers are only the highest grossing company in the world of game developers and they aren't making a great deal of money only, roughly 20-40 million dollars per bundle, which is actually a ridiculous amount- and no wonder, the price for skins is absolutely unbelievable and it shocks how many people still buy them. You can easily buy 5+ far, far, far better games for the cost of the cheapest bundle.

Very good game but many toxic players. My favorite FPS game but land the consept is really good. But riot need to fix rank system. All in all really good game recommend it really much.

Been playing this game for 2 years and all i have to say about this game is that its been the worst experience ive had with any game in my entire life. Super slow paced, maps are terrible and too open or have too many sharp corners so you can sit all day holding one angle, i mean people in this game not only hold angles in actual ranked games but deathmatches as well. You hop on a deathmatch to get warmed up but everybody sits in corners or spawn right behind you and kill you instantaneously and repetitively. It gets boring especially when your teammates are trash/toxic and you cant rank up. There are also so many damn flash characters and when you get flashed youre disabled for an eternity. Sometimes the flashes dont even show up on your screen and you get full blinded. Skins are overpriced. They have the least exciting updates, maps and characters come in every damn 4 months. They have the least amount of game modes ive ever seen in any game. Its been 3 years since release and there's still no custom game modes or game variety. Game also requires a goddamn super cpu to run it or else u get terrible fps, even in low graphic settings. In conclusion, game is just a big flop and all Riot wants is money.

It is very strategic based, two teams of five and the objective of the game is to plant the spike. It is one of those Counter Strike type of games but playing a group of preset characters with their unique abilities, feels like a real tactical shooter, There are competitive modes as well which are really fun climbing the ranks.

I checked this out as soon as it ported over to Xbox and spent around 4-5 hours playing. While I enjoy shooter games, the most important aspect for me in gaming is that the games are fun. Valorant unfortunately seems uninspired, bland and tedious to play.

The match format is too slow, before the plotted matches even complete half the players on either side have dropped out of the game. Reducing the game to 5 wins per side would likely fix many of those issues. The map design is below expectations. There are no destructible environments, it's in essence a corridor shooter with very minimal bells and whistles. The characters are balanced the gun play is subpar. This feels like a game that very well could have been released in 2010-2012.

Valorant gets a lot of bad rap bc washed CSGO players who are salty they couldn't go pro couldn't get used to it. But overall it's not a bad game, the art is amazing, and the guns, with the exception of a select few, are fairly balanced even if it not feel like it in the heat of the moment. I see a lot of people complain about how Valorant's spray is bad because it's completely random, however, having a set spray pattern isn't realistic, and adds way too high of a skill ceiling. One more thing I've noticed is that people talk about the community, when plenty of other communities, including the beloved CSGO that everyone compares valorant to are far worse. But that's not riot's fault per say, and for a game that's not even two years old, riot has done a absolutely fantastic job at listening to their community, regularly updating their game, balancing game features, and quite frankly has the most active pro scene I've ever scene out of an up and coming video game ever. And while every valorant players has their qualms with it, each and every one of them open the game every day mald after mald because it's quite honestly really addicting

I have been banned for a total of 300 hours because my wifi cut out once and i have left a few unranked matches. The devs are stupid im not playing any more.

Take the graphics of minecraft, take the mechanics of valorant and add running to the game. You don't have fps problems with fast paced gameplay because the minecraft graphics are absolutely low end and the matches are placed in small maps which gives you even more fps, which solves the big fps problem with high paced fps games. It's like battlebit but valorant. Imagine a valorant where you can finally run which opens a whole new variety of different gameplay situations and makes the game more fun to play also the average time a match takes should decrease which lets you play more often and you dont need to have much time to play a short ranked game or to play a lot of matches throughout the day.

1 star because it's just so bad. Smurfs are the worst and you can't win, I currently have a 9 loss comp streak because of smurfs and I'll be giving away my account for free whoever wants, toxicity just never ends, it's just a game so what. It's not your life. Same map over and over again makes it so boring to play the game, I got fracture 4 times in a row.

Loss streaks are so common, riot makes you want to quit by giving you bots as your teammates and pros as your enemies so you guarantee to lose again and again. Matchmaking is just so bad, how am I in a diamond lobby when I'm just a bronze. Skill base matchmaking is broken. Please don't install this game unless you want to break your PC.

They say your get your staff straight away , is all rubbish , then your try to message then and your get a response back saying joing discord , and when you do , your can't message any body, is all just to get your money , don't waste your money with this rubbish., If you want to waist your money , your may blow your nose. When you have a running nose , if you don't have napkins around your, it will be on a better use., They don't have the decency of even responde back to your in they own messaging services, company like this they shouldn't be allowed to operate misleading customer, they are no fit for purpose.

Most toxic game,with kids ho flame,troll,and bad servers ,chat delay,no replay system after 2 years since release,they make only skins to sell it and make more money,give a shiet to the players! I regret it now because i buyed like 400$ in skins,and they dont care about players only to make more and more money!

This game crashes everytime with a new error. Cherry on top, their Customer Care team always tells its the internet issue. YOU GUYS NEED TO LEARN MORE ABOUT TECH. Its not the Internet, its your system. Learn to fix it. Not at all user friendly. This only happens if you buy ingame. Incase you do not buy, they are not going to block/flag your account. But the moment you buy anything, you are screwed. Thats the game as such. Truly a disgrace to the society and does not deserve to be there. You should be ashamed to hire poor staff in your department. Once again, Pathetic services and You are going to get 1 star from me everywhere. Good luck.

(1) Which is the game itself makes difference set of skills based on select agent to play and limit the teammate abilities of tactical shooting when it comes to utilities. There's have cap of limitation individual skills of every agent categorized as Duelist, Sentinel, Initiator and Controller. If you're play solo in competitive ranks, team up with stubborn teammate, it could've hard to communicate with them because of team difference abilities each agent use by teammate. This games needs high co-operation between teammate to win a match round.

(2) Gunplays also provide low-ceiling skills. Sometimes random recoil can have a "lucky headshot". A random recoil + low angle shot spread combos are the reason why it's low-ceiling skills, because game itself provides "gunplay precise".

(3) Valorant weapon are not balance. Type of weapon are more prone to advantage to kill. Judge, a shotgun, impressive 8 round of continuous high fire rate, are deadly to confront when play a surprise peek against 1-3 opponent during defends round. Classic, a free pistol, have a right-click feature of shotgun mode. Shotgun mode are great in short range and can instantly kill by headshot at close range combat. Outlaw, a sniper with two bullet fire rates. "Miss another one, you have another shot". With 140 damage on body and 238 damage on head are too high. If you're good in sniper, than using a two fire rate sniper with high damage are more advantage for you to play on a wide map like Abyss.

So, this based on my experience of playing Valorant for 4 years and doing some research of others review such as Shroud on his experience on Valorant.

Worst game ever, game play is really bad, chunky and really low quality. Nothing new to the game expect 100$ bundles, and characters which are usually exact copy of other characters, and maps too which are hated by the community every time. Much more fun games there are, and if you like the game dont buy any skins as there is nothing special about them and the price is completely a scam. Due to the reasons I listed valorant has lost many players. Instead of becoming addicted to this game find more find games that are more enjoyable.

Most people like Riot Games because each cahracter have a unique story. They do the exact same thing on Leauge of Legends. Which is pretty cool but that doesn't mean you should get addicted to the game. And if you only care about the story go watch Arcane or something.

Overall 2 popular games Riot have created are Valorant and LoL and both are the most hated games so far. So just ignore those games and play new games and support them instead of falling into Riot Scam.
